Unfortunately Randy retired recently and the new owner has lost my business before I set foot on the premises. Called to make an appointment for the next day for new tires on my grandson's car and all was good until they asked me to come in TODAY to pay. I'm 62 years old and my family has 4 cars one of which is a performance car which eats tires, I've replaced a LOT of tires in my lifetime and I've NEVER been asked to pay for them before they're on the car. I talked to Randy just before he retired and told him I hoped his successor was at least half as trustworthy as he was. Disappointed to say the least. I will not be back here.

My husband took my Exterra to these people, had took it 2 times the first time it was oxygen…read moresensors 2 of them and each one was $150 and 2nd one was $175 plus spark plugs, pit Freon plus scan and Labor. Got it back and still wasn't fixed so took it back he put knock sensor a connector a intake gasket hose for the A/C and Labor. Got it back and I noticed my passenger floorboard was flooded wet, AGAIN took it back and he had too drill out a drain tube, that should have been done we he did the A/C service. These people are a rip off the only fix half the problem so you have to bring it back. And the front desk girl well doesn't know what she's doing. When my husband took it back this last time he said just find the problem and then call me well nope they sure didn't do that, they fixed it without his consent they called him and they were holding my truck hostage after he already spent $2500 on it the 2 first times. THEY ARE THIEVES IN MY BOOK. Here's the kicker he got there to get my truck and the front desk person told my husband that it needs a new ignition ASAP....BTW The trucks ignition is fine, that just proves they are THIEVES and SCAM ARTISTS. When I took another car to them and they found that it didn't have the problem I thought, they called promptly and discussed with me what they had found rather than let me think they had fixed a much more expensive problem.
