Let me know my oil was really low (I already knew that, but appreciated they let me know). Schedule ahead, be on time, and you shouldn't have any issues. Upfront about pricing before they did the oil change and it was that price after as well. Make sure you take into consideration taxes on your end, we all have to pay them. Most of all I appreciated that they didn't over sell the add on stuff and try to diagnose and make you spend more than you intended to. Big points for that (especially since I'm a female, every time I go to get an oil change someone tries to tell me my "incinerator is low on fluid" or the "tarbinator needs to be replaced" not knowing I have extensive knowledge of my car and what it does and doesn't need and that they are pulling this crap out of thin air).
