Got it back and still wasn't fixed so took it back he put knock sensor a connector a intake gasket hose for the A/C and Labor. Got it back and I noticed my passenger floorboard was flooded wet, AGAIN took it back and he had too drill out a drain tube, that should have been done we he did the A/C service. These people are a rip off the only fix half the problem so you have to bring it back. And the front desk girl well doesn't know what she's doing. When my husband took it back this last time he said just find the problem and then call me well nope they sure didn't do that, they fixed it without his consent they called him and they were holding my truck hostage after he already spent $2500 on it the 2 first times. THEY ARE THIEVES IN MY BOOK. When I took another car to them and they found that it didn't have the problem I thought, they called promptly and discussed with me what they had found rather than let me think they had fixed a much more expensive problem. Called to make an appointment for the next day for new tires on my grandson's car and all was good until they asked me to come in TODAY to pay. I'm 62 years old and my family has 4 cars one of which is a performance car which eats tires, I've replaced a LOT of tires in my lifetime and I've NEVER been asked to pay for them before they're on the car. I talked to Randy just before he retired and told him I hoped his successor was at least half as trustworthy as he was. Disappointed to say the least. I will not be back here.

My wife and 2 boys decided to visit the Tennessee Safari and needed to get cash to get in. We drove…read moreto the Alamo bank and when we stopped, realized our tire was losing air fast. We found Alamo Tire as the closest tire location and rushed over. The business was closed, but the owner was inside closing things out. My wife explained to him what we needed and he opened the shop to us. Had our tire fixed and back on the road in 30 minutes. Small miracle - that situation could have ruined our day in a rural community and limited options. I feel bad I never asked his name, we just stayed out of his way so he could get home to his family. I saw the character of this man through his actions. I know only one thing about him, but it's enough. Thank you.
