Of course being skeptical, as automotive companies LOVE to push additional work, Annette explained it is not necessary, it is only recommended, and how they do not push what it not needed, only advise of what your specific manufacturer needs. From the start, the staff was very non-chalant and outright goofy at times (e.g. laughing amongst each other, poorly explaining my mother's inquiries) all the while having a full-house of vehicles to service. My mother and I even joked that they behaved as if they were "on something"... The technician stated that he had a hard time securing her oil canister and had her to restart 3 times before they got it right due to them saying it was leaking (due to them not being able to seal the canister properly). It took 4 technicians on her van to finally get it. She had specifically asked them if they had cleaned off whatever was spilled under the hood. They said yes. Upon returning home we noticed a stain in the driveway. I didn't think anything of it, I assumed it was something that they had tipped off with that would evaporate, certainly didn't think oil! We left again shortly after that (so stain was still present) and when I returned home few hours later it was then obvious that the stain was oil, as it was still greasy/appeared wet. I immediately drove back to the location, demanded to speak to mgmt and explained. Manager (Justin) took it back to inspect/service and he claims that it was just residual from whatever was spilled earlier and stated that he hoped he was better than whoever serviced it earlier (whatever, dude). In the meantime I have a big stain in my driveway,not to mention the inconvenience of waiting AGAIN!When we came earlier for the oil change we ended up waiting an extended period because they didn't have the filter that she needed (WTF). I have highly discouraged my mother from having her vehicle serviced at these places as they seem to lack appropriate skill to handle their eff-ups and staff seems to be poorly trained in ability to service various vehicle types and in their professional behavior! They did such a great job that I came back the very next day to get front brakes and rotors done that they also got done in an extremely timely fashion.
