Horrible service! Would never attempt to get an oil change here again. I pull up and there was nobody in line, only 1 car in the oil change bay. Guy comes out and I tell him I need an oil change. First he says I might have to go over to autozone to get my own oil filter, he'd have to check and see if they had one. I go inside and wait, after almost an hour, 3 cars that arrived after me get taken in. So I asked for my keys and left. read more

~ Full review ~ I've gone to this place for 2 cars I have. I've only ever paid for oil changes and nothing else. This is a first come first serve basis. They start from 7am to 7pm. With that knowledge I've always showed up early at around 6:45am. I'll pull in and the wait time is an hour. For the price I'm fine with that since if I have some shopping to do I'll do that while I'm waiting. Depending on the time it can be an hour wait or a two hour wait. But you're getting a cheaper price so you'll have to figure out what your time is worth. If you're fine with paying a little more for quicker time then just go to oil changers but beware there will still be a wait since there will be a line. They do great work for the price no complaints here. TLDR ~ place is fine for the price, wait times will vary. Can't attest to tire changes or anything else. They did great with the oil change I paid them for. read more

Bought a set of tires there a year ago. Went to do some work on my truck and couldn't get the lug nuts off! Went there today and explained the situation, was told that the lug nuts could not be lossened! That is Walmart rules. I'm asking the "Manager", who never admitted to being the "Manager", but was the one standing there doing nothing and acting as spokeperson. So, I asked him if they use torque wrench to tighten to specs? We follow procedures, blah, blah, blah... As, I'm watching a guy installing a wheel on a car up on the rack, with an impact gun...! VERY disappointed...... . NEVER AGAIN! ~ You can NOT tighten a lug nut with a high powered impact gun and remove it by hand! IMO, lazy assholes do it on purpose..... read more

Needed an oil change and I didn't want to be charged 100's of dollars at the car brand dealership. Walmart only charged $60.89 for the full synthetic Mobil 1 oil which I think is such a great price! I drove up and waited a few minutes for the worker to finish checking in the person in front of me. It was my first time using the Walmart Auto Care Center for an oil change so he needed to create a new account for me which was fast. He informed me it would take 1.5 hours which was spot on. I think I may stick with getting my oil changed from Walmart Auto for now on. The only downside was that I couldn't pay using Apple Pay. read more

I made an appointment to get an oil change, got there 15 minutes early as requested in the confirmation email. Then waited for 5 minutes before going inside, was told to go back outside and waited another 15 minutes. All of that just to get told that I need a new drain plug. They did not even look at my car or appointment information before turning me away because I did not have one. There is no information anywhere about this being necessary for service. This was horrible customer service and the wrong information. I went somewhere else and they said the drain plug I have works just fine. Absolutely horrendous communication and customer service. Would not recommend to my worst enemy and will not be going back. read more

Worst "mechanics" in town, wouldn't recommend to anybody. The manager Ezzy and Art should learn how to manage their employees better, they lack customer service or management qualifications. These "mechanics" took 3 hours to mount 4 tires, if I could give no stars I would. read more

They leave people waiting out in 100-degree+ heat, take forever for anyone to come check you in, allow people to cut in line if they drive and act obnoxiously and dangerously enough. Very unprofessional. Had a great experience at Les Schwab though! read more

2 days lost waiting for rotation and balance. They are short staffed and cannot complete services within a decent amount of time. It's very sad because they seem like nice people and I'm sure they get a lot of complaints. Pay more money and save time elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately Walmart was the only service center open that had my tire size on a Sunday . So against my better judgment, I took my car in for a simple tire change . They took about an hour and a half , and in my opinion, overcharged . But nevertheless, it had to get done. The tech slowly got the job done, and did a test drive around in the parking lot . As I was leaving the location I noticed a noise , and figured it was just the squeak of new rubber on the road , and maybe a couple rubber knobs which is somewhat common on inexpensive tires . So I didn't think much of it, and hit the freeway and headed to San Francisco to catch a flight . When I got back and drove my car back to Clovis , I noticed the noise was still prevalent . Once I got back, I took a look at what happened and realize they installed wheel weights in the wrong location on the Wheel , and the noise I heard was the wheel weight gouging into my brake caliper every time the wheel turned . Thankfully it didn't dislodge in between my brake pads , which was very likely to happen if the adhesive where to give. It could have killed me, my family or anyone driving around me if it did fail . They also didnt torque the lugs. They were just over hand tight. Miraculously they heald on to and from the bay area. When I returned, I called corporate and they advised me to go into the store to file a claim . When I got there they advised me that their lead Tire Tech was actually out for the week doing training 5 days after they installed my tires. So they're most lead technician was not yet trained . Mind blowing . I highly advise people take their cars to trained and reputable shops . Not Walmart or Jiffy Lube . These are the burger flippers of automotive service read more

I purchased 4 tires from Walmart.com & 4 new TPMS sensors from an outside source and had Walmart auto center mount & balance & install the new sensors/stems! They did it in a timely manner but the next morning I found 2 tires completely flat, 1 was half flat & the 4 was low! I'm a retired commercial tire technician so I know completely how to diagnose tire problems & what I found was all 4 tire stem were leaking so I broke the tire bead to check the stems, I found all 4 stem had a washer that was supposed to be installed on the outside of the rim had been installed on the inside of the rim between the rubber grommet & the rim! The rubber grommet is supposed to create a seal against the rim & since they put the washer in between this did not allow the grommet to seal to the rim! I took it apart and installed the stem/sensors correctly and no more leaks! Because the fact I know my stuff about tires I was able to catch this and correct it! Walmart is lucky they don't have to buy me 4 new tires if I hadn't caught this and drove it ruining the tire's! read more

Horrible, unprofessional service. Will not return. Give your business elsewhere. Couldn't even service a basic oil change and failed to communicate it to me until several hours passed and had to check myself. Probably won't effect there customer flow, because it's walWalm but if uour smart, go somewhere else. Lesson learned. read more

I went in for an oil change. I was given a two our wait time estimate. I came back two hours later and they were just pulling my car into the garage to start work. I was a little annoyed but they were super busy. As I was waiting with my 3 year old son, a very rude man who claimed to own a car lot and was trying to return batteries. There one of the batteries was no longer under warranty and they would not exchange it for this man which is there policy. He proceeded to name call and spout profanities at the employee who was helping him. Her name was Genesis and I commend her for remaining very professional throughout the ordeal. He demanded to speak to a manager and she quickly called her manager, Cody, to assist. Again this man started name calling and spouting profanities at the manager. I took off one star for having a rediculous wait time but the rest of the stars are for the amazing customer service these employees had when dealing with this impossible customer and doing their best within their abilities to help their customers. You guys are much appreciated. read more
