Now months later i have been dealing with issues on top of issues. Having to install my AC again, to finding out Roger never connected the brace to my drive shaft which caused my drive shaft to damage my fuel tank while driving. Multiple wiring issues and overheating.. and this is about half of my issues.

The appointment was set for Saturday, but when I got there, the car's battery was dead. I asked for help, but no one would assist--I had to call a tow truck myself. They ignored my appointment, prioritized other cars, and the person who moved my car couldn't even drive manual, almost burning out my clutch. I left explicit instructions that the car needed to stay on to recharge, but they ignored it. When I got the keys back, the employee read the instructions, acknowledged they didn't do it, and just handed me the keys. I nodded, frustrated, and left. I went in expecting real support, but got rude, negligent service. Despite my family member's past good experiences, it's clear they only go out of their way to help female customers. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this shop.

I have a 2019 freightliner that had a defective heater hose that had rubbed against another hose…read moreand made all the coolant leak out and left me stranded on the dangerous grade between the border of San Diego and el Centro without cell service. I was temporarily able to fill it with water and make it to the bottom of the grade and called when I got service. Joel is the owner and he was very attentive and helpful. He was right off of the freeway exit and it was easy to get the semi in and the surrounding streets had plenty of room to drive. He found the problem right away. He was very honest and friendly and in total it cost 150.00 for labor and he was kind enough to take me to the hotel down the street where there is plenty of food. There is a freightliner down the street from him so they can get the parts same day unless they don't have them. The next closest freightliner is in Fontana or Miramar, California which are both 3 hours away. I would do business with him again!!

So, $450 for getting me a hose 30 miles away, no traffic. What made it worst is that he told me he was only charging me $150 for getting the part for me. Mr. Parra has no sympathy for customers. Even though business are out there to make money, you don't steal from customers.
