From my perspective they do not keep good real-time records, which tells me that the calculations are GUESSES! Otherwise, the information would have been easily accessible. I feel taken advantage of and financially assaulted. I will never use them again. This isn't the first instance where they didn't appear to know what they're doing or communicating. I just thought the last time was an honest mistake. It's becoming clear to me that it is systematic incompetence and fabricated labor costs!!!!!!!!!!! I was here visiting from California when my parents back lift gate on their van broke. We found out…read moreit was the shock on the lift gate that broke off. The van is 20 years old so the parts are hard to find. We call the Dealer of the van and the parts would be $34 dollars each plus $150-250 in labor. We decided to call around to see if we could get a better price. O'Reilly's in Branson said that they could order the parts for us & would call when the parts came in. A few days later we walked in to O'Reillys to pick up the parts and the store manager; Tyler offered to put them in for us, FREE of charge. Going to this O'Reillys saved us so much money. Our total price for both shocks were the price of 1 shock at the dealer. Plus we didn't have to pay for labor. Thanks to Tyler who went out of his way to help us out. I definitely will recommend this O'Reilly's to my friends and family.

3 weeks ago I brought my car in for an oil change, and for a very low tire pressure warning light…read more When I checked in, I let the woman behind the counter know that I was concerned about my tire reading. After about an hour, they let me know that my car was ready. I went back to the counter and paid, and asked if anything was wrong with one of my tires. She said, nope they all looked great, and the sensor had most likely gone off due the the changing temperature each day. I left feeling happy with the service I had been provided. 2 days later, when I arrived at work, I had a completely flat tire. One of my co workers was kind enough to remove it and replace it with my spare tire. It had a huge nail in it. I was able to drive to A place called Star Lube when I got off of work, and they quickly patched it for me, and stated that they had no idea how anyone could have missed that. There is a sitting area there, btw.
