As a woman, it is sometimes difficult to find a good mechanic that does not talk down to you, etc. Matt Taylor, the Service Manager, and Josh (who has been "my" mechanic for the past year) do an outstanding job taking care of my car and providing excellent customer service with a smile and with kindness. Last week my check engine light came on. I pulled over and called them right away and they managed my anxiety and said it might not be a big repair and that I could bring it in to have it checked anytime. I had hoped it would be nothing but on my way home from work the car started to shudder and I headed right there, knowing that it needed to be looked at. It was pouring rain, and I made it within a mile and the car completely stopped at a red light. I called and Josh listened to what had led to the car dying and said he would arrange for a tow truck and that he would wait for me at the store until I got there. It was close to 6pm so I was worried. Just hearing Josh say that he would wait for me, dialed my anxiety level down from a 10 to a 1. Who does that?!?! Matt and Josh do that! These folks are so kind, so professional, and provide such EXCELLENT customer service, which is why I trust them implicitly and keep coming back. ALSO, the tow he arranged for me arrived within 10 minutes (that almost never happens). They even had someone drive me home (a young woman who is in training, which I thought was cool). Like anyone who has their car in the shop, I was anxious to get the estimate and was praying it could be fixed for a reasonable price. Spoke to Matt then Josh and heard the list of what needed attention. Ouch! Who has $2000 to drop on a car repair? Not me. They understood that and did not scare me to squeeze out a few extra $$ on unnecessary services. They did an excellent job explaining everything to me (in language I understood and without an ounce of condescension) and prioritized for me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. Also, Matt calmed me down when I was in the shop and burst into tears when I heard the quote. Who does that? They do!! Earlier this year I had an incident with my A/C Compressor and serpentine belt, and they were as professional and understanding as they were with this recent interaction. These folks know what they are doing. They do thorough inspections. They are superb at repair work. They are Top Notch in the customer service department. This is where you would want your elderly mother to get her car fixed. I think word has gotten out about how great they are, so be sure to make an appointment for oil changes, etc. as they are VERY busy these days.

Replaced that and other things, two weeks later I start smelling oil. Checked my tank and hardly had anything in it. My car was burning what was left . Why didn't the oil get checked to make sure i had some and replace it if was empty before I left and paid almost $1000 there?? Women watch out , we are an easy target at places like this!

Popped in and was in and out in less than 30min (it was probably more like 20min). The quickness was probably due to the time we went too. We got the signature oil change where they top off the fluids, look at the air filters (which we ended up changing), etc etc. The service technician was clear and concise. Advised on concerns (ie for us, the last place (not a JL) put too much oil in). The sitting area was large and clean. This was probably one of the better waiting areas I'd been in for a Jiffy Lube.

I've had a few oil changes, tire rotations etc. My very first visit, they discovered a significant oil leak and told me I needed to get it looked at asap. I have a warranty with my car so I took it to the dealership. Sure enough I needed a gasket seal replaced. Since my very first visit with them they've always greeted me and others with a smile and great attitude. They explain everything in detail sometimes with visual aids. If there's something that needs to be done, they offer to provide a service quote and leave it at that. They never pressure me into making an appointment or anything which I love! Keep in mind when reading these reviews that most people will only take the time to write one when something goes wrong. This service center is brand new and its employees always look presentable. I love the fact that there's also a female technician. So far I have absolutely no complaints and will be headed that way to get my brakes serviced.
