Worst service in Wildwood. Slow Tuesday, mostly empty boardwalk. Ordered a pizza and twenty minutes later, no pizza. 7 employees standing around playing grab ass. Rude staff and ridiculous rules. Stopped by for a mid day quick bite. Over $50 for a cheese pizza and 2 sandwiches. Order at the window then go to walk in and sit down to be told I'm not allowed because I ordered outside. Not full, not crowded or anything. They say you can only sit inside if you sit first then order. Even more annoying as I stand there they actually take orders inside then come outside to ring them up. There isn't even separate sales it's all one register system and it's all outside. So now me and my family sit outside eating our overpriced food right next to an empty air conditioned indoor seating area. There's lots of options on the boardwalk. Skip these guys. read more

Gave this place a try since almost every restaurant sells pizza. They have so many food options, which may be a good or bad thing. The pizza was one of the cheapest on the boardwalk for a whole pie. The crust and chicken was very bland and obvious. For the chicken, I guess I do not expect them to always season it. A little bit of salt and pepper would make a big difference. For the crust, it feels almost unacceptable. No garlic, cheese, or any flavor on it. It was inedible and had to be thrown away. The dine in area seems confusing. I did not know they had servers inside, so I assumed that it was just a dining area for people who want to eat in after picking up their food. I sat in this small section of the restaurant, assuming the larger area on the other side is for dine in only. The table behind us got a server. I didn't want a server, it just felt awkward not knowing if we are allowed to eat here (we should be as a customer regardless) read more

WORST FOOD and CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered fried chicken from this shop. The chicken pieces are overly fried, with no batter, and are very dry. In the menu, it was mentioned as "four pieces of fried chicken with french fries, coleslaw, and pickles". The order did not contain what was in the menu saying they do not have everything mentioned in the menu, but charged full. Four pieces of chicken include wings pieces, which was not mentioned in the menu as 'wings'. This is very deceiving. After informing the staff, they called the manager. A middle-aged lady with spectacles, calling herself the "manager", did not even attempt to listen to the customer's complaint about the bad food quality. Instead of being reasonable, she kept arguing and said "Buy from another place, she won't refund", " this is how they provide food, if do not want don't consume", and " She cannot help with the food quality, that is their standard quality" and many more. Her behavior surprised me as I have never encountered such a situation in the country until now. It is very arrogant, ignorant, rude, and disappointing. Even though the other manager checked and agreed to add proper pieces of chicken instead of wings, she said " I am the manager here, not him, you cannot have anything better than that. We do have a regular standard, and this is what you get". She also claimed it was half a chicken, which even she had no idea about her statement. She kept arguing in a very rude manner for over 20 minutes. This was a very pathetic situation and the worst customer treatment ever noticed. Later the other manager offered a proper meal for what we paid, and solved the situation. DO NOT BUY from this shop, and from the lady in the shop. you will not get what you pay for. Terrible money grab for mediocre food. Places like this are killing the boardwalk. First red flag is they charge for water which forces you into a $3 bottle of water. $82 for items ridiculously small in portion size, example $10 for a grilled cheese for the kids, no drink included. 4% credit card fee added for the icing of the cake. Food was edible. Since when do places charge extra for fried onions and peppers? They apparently do. Asked for Wiz on my cheesesteak. No wiz. Looked like America or provolone cheese. When questioned the waitress was "oh she put wiz on it". They at least brought me a side of wiz. I think it was cheese sauce and not the true Wiz. Food was so much better than last year. Also, got the loaded fries and it was supposed to come with ranch. Nope no ranch. we ordered 2 omlettes, corn dog, buffalo salad and a WAFFLE w strawberries. everyone's food came and we waited 20 mins for the waffle and we asked they said it'll be out in 2 mins: we wait 10 mins and go up and still not done. we ask and he brings it out w 1 waffle and mushy strawberries from the can w a bunch of hair piled ontop of it. i would put the picture up but i cant. i do not recommend this place at all. find yourself a better food place to eat then here. absolutely disgusting. read more
