Over the past several months, the service and order discrepancies have abated. The food quality has been decent enough as well. read more

My pregnant wife is wanted this so bad and I got nothing but horrible service and the food was undercooked and absolutely vile. I sure hope McDonald's can figure it out because this is absolutely horrendous. Hope this place closes down read more

For my food I tried the 5$ meal deal. The fires were made very nice and tasted new. The burger and McNuggets were very mid. Nice saying money but prefer Wendy's biggie bag. read more

Though not a negative review, I unfortunately had an error or two in their order. Ordered via the POS, and typed in the order myself. Based off a previous review here , I decided to give their higher-end steak bagel a chance. Well, the wrapper said steak but it was just a baconeggandcheese bagel. Didn't look too impressive. The employees here are friendly, keep it clean, bring food out to your table tent. The clientele here, however, is like a bad USA or FX network drama show. Sure, the employees come from other countries to work here fore the summer. Sure, mistakes are made sometimes- we all make little mistakes all the time. But these people yelling at the poor kids and their manager is not fun to watch. A bit entertaining? Yeah, sure. But it isn't cool to yell at fast food workers. Just ask politely if they can help correct an order or problem, and they will happily do it for you most of the time. They are also having to deal with their manager yelling at them too, remember. Couldnt imagine the stress. I think it's a nice, new McDonalds with cool kiosk ordering system and friendly workers. It's the customers that make this place whack! One guy wanted to stand blocking the POS, and seemed to think i was trying to cut him in line by using the self-serve. Tourists and families are to be expected at a summer beach destination, as are longer waits. Have courtesy and patience, and enjoy your solid two star meal!- oh, check it before you bite in, though! read more

McDonald's - Not the finest steak I have dined on, but it was $7 at a McDonalds - Fast Food Near Me - Wildwood, New Jersey

McDonald's...you're loving it right? Wrong! It's fast food, great for on the go or if you're low on cash. Nothing special, usually edible but worth a lengthy review...no. read more

the workers are so rude and rolled their eyes when i said i asked for no whipped cream and are complaining im not talking loud enough when they have music blasting so loud in there that the entire car can hear it with their and our windows shut. absolutely ridiculous. read more

McDonald's - SERVICE AT ITS BEST - Fast Food Near Me - Wildwood, New Jersey

Terrible service. We went through the drive through and they didn't have our full order ready (we just still needed a soda and a coffee) so they asked us to pull into a parking spot. We waited for about 20 minutes and they still hadn't been brought out yet. My dad finally went to the front door and showed them the receipt and explained that we were waiting on the two drinks. The guy took the receipt and disappeared inside for another 5 minutes. He finally handed my dad two drinks and never even apologized. Gave us the wrong coffee too. read more

they forgot one of our sandwiches even though the guy at the window repeated and said 2. They told us we had to get back in line to reorder a new one. The manager was rude about it. read more

Probably the best McDonald's I have had... wasn't expecting it as we went through the drive through before 8pm.. my experience with other McDonald's this late is that you get cold stale fries and crappy food... . The fries were hot and fresh. The chicken nuggets were also hot and fresh and the best I've ever had at McDonald's. They had a nice crunch to them.. I literally said "wow, these are actually pretty good" haha read more

Nothing but idiots there, they still cant get an order right. They ran out of napkins n had black grease all over a burnt burger, earlier in the day they burnt my steak egg n cheese bagel. Wtf clean the grill every so often. Really they deserve 0 stars. Not 2 mention they built it 2 small there r no seats once it gets busy, not even outside like the old 1. U get 2 middle fingers up 2 salute u!!!! read more

Watch your order. They upgrade your beverage size and upcharge as well. Can't make change and are rude if you ask for extras (napkins, drink carrier) at check out. read more

This is a regular McDonalds with standard McDonalds menu and food. I do there staff clean up the dining area more often than overs here. Also, I like the fact they leave out the ketchup and other condiments out for customers to use. This is Better because you get what you need instead of asking the employee with the bad attitude. They also has refill foundation drink so you pick what you want. Overall, this location was decent and close to the wildwood boardwalk. read more

I've literally never written a review for somewhere before but I have to for this interaction my friends and I had. The manager at this McDonald's was so incredibly rude. My friends and I ordered two separate orders and went to pay for it but this white man with a foreign accent told us we couldn't, didn't give us the food we ordered, and was yelling at us to go away. He was being so rude, unreasonable, and disrespectful. We were completely polite but he was yelling at us - customers - for no reason. We had to go back in and get the food because he yelled at us to move the car without explaining why. He slammed the window in our face. They also forgot my friends food in the order we paid for. All of the other waitstaff were kind and polite but I feel bad for them because they have to deal with such a disrespectful manager. If he treats customers that way, I can't imagine how he treats his staff. read more

Creepy. The drive thru guy started flirting with me and it weird and he was ugly too. Then they were all awkward when I asked for help. Trash McDonald's for sure read more

This is possibly the worst McDonald's in the USA. They never get an order right on the first try. They are always out of ice cream and usually Coke too. Who runs out of Coke? I should write Coca Cola and complain to them too. And aren't fries supposed to have salt on them? I'm pretty sure this place ran out of salt two years ago and never ordered more. The only redeeming quality that qualifies the one star is the employees are great. Too bad the owners and management don't care about the employees or the customers. I think they thought owning a McDonalds would make them rich without working. read more

Don't buy here horrible dirty place! It's extremely busy food doesn't taste hot or like McDonald's at all! We were starving and didn't enjoy it at all yuck!!!! Place is way to busy to keep up with McDonald's standards!! read more

Worst McDonalds ever and I'm from maryland. Guy Took my order, I paid, gave us our drinks and I waited. One man told me my order was ready when 3 things were clearly missing. While waiting for the order. 4 or 5 workers were standing there hugging and hand clapping, like they havent seen each other in weeks. The brothers were happy to see each other. When I told them someone took part of my order, he replied, do I know who took it. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. read more

First the entrances and exits to the property are horrible. You risk your life getting in. It is a McDonald's we know not to expect Michelin Star food. The buns were old and stale. My wife asked for no lettuce on her Big Mac and they didn't listen. My cheeseburger was just ok. The girl taking the money needs more training. Our total was $20.17. I gave her $20.27 to get rid in my pennies and not get anymore. At first she didn't give me any change when I called her out on it I had to explain it to her. In the end I must have totally confused her cause she gave me my .$27 back. Now on the plus side the fries were spot on!! read more

I've been patronizing McDonald's for the last 40 years, all over the East Coast and as far West as Texas. This is by far the worst McDonald's ever. The building and parking lot are in poor repair and the restaurant is filthy. The employees were just standing around, unmotivated to do anything but the bare minimum amount of work. The McDonald's corporation should be ashamed to have their good name on this facility. read more

Worst McDonald's in the area. Some staff are pleasant and some are straight up rude! Takes forever to get my order, even if it isn't busy. Always somehow manages to forget my McCafe drink or ice cream. Establishment is dirty and one or two sodas are always "out of order" at the drink machine. The ketchup from the pump reeks terribly as is they havent changed it in a while. The bathrooms are disgusting, with writing all over the stalls and scattered toilet paper all over the floor. I only go here when my boyfriend begs me to go get a burger with him, (which are disgusting, considering the cold and unmelted cheese is just slapped on it without a care). Don't even waste a dollar at this place, because I guarantee they'll mess up your order somehow. read more

So if you are visiting Wildwood and want to find a place with staff with bad attitude you have found the place. A simple breakfast order goes terribly wrong but what's worse you could see it happen to the cars ahead. Remember the cups give you warning of hot fluid. So hot tea comes out Luke warm. When complained was really given attitude by the manager. Well isn't that called customer service???????? Owners pay attention read more

I don't normally eat at mcdonald's, but on this occasion I went and got some breakfast there. It was pretty good, but not the best. (I had hashbrowns and a doctor pepper. I have had most of the things though). Overall, if you want a quick and affordable bite to eat, this is a great choice. read more

If i could rate this McDonald's a 0 i would. Who is the manager? You need serious help. Your team has no idea what they're doing. Have you ever managed before? I understand it's busy but you need to have systems in place for that. I've lived in wildwood every summer since I was 10. I will not come back to this McDonald's for a long time in hopes you get your sh*t together. It's that frustrating. read more

I've been on the island for about two weeks, third year in a row that the service has been horrible. My food is always wrong. The employees hate working here and show no pride in anything. I guarantee your order will be wrong. Over priced. The only reason they don't go out of business is because it's "fast" and the only one of the island. read more

This is quite possibly the worse McDonald's I have ever attended. My expectations of a fast food restaurant are not exceptionally high but I am quite disappointed. There is very little seating and the soda machine was dispensing just horrible soda as if the concentrate was mixed with tap water and the fries were cold. The staff seemed to be working hard and the the place is not dirty but that is about as positive as I can possibly be. As someone who loves a good McDonald's I am extremely disappointed with this one. Again, the staff and the speed of the service was great, it was just very small and the soda was garbage. read more

I'm not kidding when I say this was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! I just think every one being young and having language barriers is a huge issue. Took way to long and things were wrong. Not just for me but seems about every order from what I witnessed. Was a nightmare! read more

This is very busy location since it's on one of the main drags into and out of the Wildwoods. However they seem to operate quite efficiently and the staff is helpful enough. The food is just what you would expect from McDonald's, not gourmet by any means but it satisfies in a pinch. We dropped by here for quick breakfast on the way home, and it was fine. The place seems clean and they have a nice, big island with condiments, straws etc. read more

This McDonald's was terrible. The service was poor. All the summer kids they hire seem disorganized and have no clue what's going on. The food was terrible, the fries were soggy. Would never eat at this McDonald's again. read more

If I could put less than one star, i would. This is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. The employees are EXTREMELY rude. We mixed up our orders and the manager came up and said "How the hell do you get confused?". Instead of helping us he was bitching at us for 5 minutes. A bunch of employees came up yelling at us. If you come to wildwood, do yourself a favor and don't go to this mcdonald's. The employees also forgot my friend's drink. Also, I don't know why but my friend's burger also smelled really bad and that was concerning. To top it all off, I just found a hair in my fries that wasn't mine. read more

Go there because of the location, however, the fact that they NEVER have a person who speaks ENGLISH as their primary language is the biggest problem. Have not gotten an order correct in many trips. Can not have seeds and every time I ask for a plain crown guess what? I get seeds!!! Sorry read more

If i could give 0 stars, I probably would. I understand that some employees are new and a learning curve should be expected, but when the cashier doesn't know how to press the touch screen or greet a customer, it is a big problem. These kids didnt even understand english enough to repeat back my order of a bacon chicken wrap. next, my wrap had a huge whole in it and was basically an unorganized salad on a tortilla in the box. Lastly, i had to wait 12 minutes for some chicken nuggets. this was the least annoying part of it, because at least they were fresh. The wait was just a bit frustrating. Luckily I'm not from around here, and will not ever have to come back to this place again. The manager or supervisor had no sense of urgency and took her time trying to solve each situation that occured. read more

I am totally realistic about what to expect from a Mc Donald's, and this place rates poorly. Disorganized service, lots of dirty tables and a person cleaning who would be moving backwards if she was any slower. Plenty of time to write a Yelp review while you wait for your order! read more
