The pork was not dry and not fatty and had very good flavor. The owner came over and said that the rolls are baked in house and from Staten Island. Not sure who provided the wildly inaccurate ETA. We ordered 2 classic burgers and fries and a cheese dipping sauce. The burgers were some of the best we've had. Perfectly cooked without dripping grease and great seedless buns. The toppings were accurate and plentiful. The fries were crispy and perfect to dip in the cheese sauce. Besides the delivery delay, we were happy with the quality, flavor and portion size of our meals. Packaging was good and the restaurant's delivery driver was super nice. Definitely would order again for pick up or just dine in.
