This is my favorite place to get a cheese steak in all of Wildwood. I'd say it's a pretty authenticate cheesesteak that any Philly resident would approve of. It's greasy, bulging with meat, and really messy which is the way I like it. I've also ordered their pizzas which are pretty tasty too. All are pretty good. One in particular I really like is their Breakfast Pizzas. That has eggs, cheese, and bacon on the pizza (I believe sausage is an option too?). Speaking of breakfast, I've also ordered their breakfast sandwiches on a long roll. I especially like their Pork Roll, Egg, and Cheese on a long roll. Everything you order from here has a generous serving size and you'll leave feeling full and probably bloated. The place is a small little joint with just enough seating for a small crowd. It's nice, cozy, and very well air conditioned. It's a great spot to get lunch and also very good bang for your buck. read more

This pizza was the closest thing to mediocrity I've ever tasted. Sauce was flavorless to the point I barely knew it was on the pizza. The crust was way too thick for a pizza spot at the shore. The sausage existed but not in a way that you could taste. Just all around a very underwhelming pizza. I love leftover cold pizza the day after and couldn't get through a slice. That's pretty bad. Not sure why this joint has 4 stars. I could've thrown a rock any direction in wildwood and hit a better pizza joint. If a seagull on the boardwalk tokl this from me I wouldn't even be all that mad. Something has changed. Thick crust pizza on the boards is a "No" for me. Steak Em Up was always our favorite go-to for lunches on the beach and dinner on the beach. New owners? Not sure. I keep seeing the sign on boardwalk ....2 slices and 16oz soda for $7.50! Arrived after 1pm. We were two of three people in store. Sat on fixed height barstools at long counter. While roaming the Wildwood boardwalk, there were plenty of advertisements for Steak'em Up, a new eatery on the wildwood boardwalk. Steak'em Up is located on 17th street, by the beginning of the boardwalk. There are two counters to order from-one on the boards and one inside. There is limited seating inside- a few bar stools that face the kitchen. But since it's towards the beginning of the boardwalk, there's always plenty of open benches outside. I ordered the classic cheese steak with wiz- it was delicious and huge- next time I would opt to split it with someone. The fries were also good here. In addition to cheese steaks they have pizza and breakfast options- including a breakfast pizza. They accept cash and credit cards. read more

Tried Steak'em Up tonight and it was great! Easy online ordering, nice shop on the boardwalk, friendly staff and food was ready as promised. We were starving after a full day at the water park. Got it home and dug in - DELICIOUS!! we got a large cheese pizza, cheesesteak Stromboli and a cheesesteak. Everything was great and my son is now a fan of Stromboli. One note - they don't put sauce inside their Stromboli so ask for it if that's your thing. Definitely will be on our list for weekend cheat meals! read more

We just ordered a fairly large order from here 8 pizzas 3 salads 3 wings....everything came right on time, hot, and tasting good. Delivery driver was a big help bringing everything to where it needed to go and it came with extra sauces napkins etc...highly recommended ordering from here. Being from Philly it used to be very hard if not impossible to find an authentic cheesesteak down the shore, not anymore. The cheesesteaks here are just as good as their shop in South Philly, which I have been to many times. There is a spacious dining room which does get crowded from time to time but hey where there is a crowd there is something special going on. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are quick with service and very reliable to get your order correct. Even when it is crowded you will get your food in a timely manner. The shop is very clean and comfortable. It is a new establishment so they may have growing pains but I have not experienced any. They came in like gangbusters and got down to business. This is by far the best, authentic and possibly only Philly cheesesteak you can get while in Wildwood. Give them a whirl you will not regret it. read more

I'm giving Steak'em Up five stars for the pork roll breakfast sandwich. Omelette style egg with American cheese and pork roll in every bite. I shared a large roll with my husband and I still got full. I make the same sandwich at home but my husband likes their rolls better. Everything is out in the open for grilling and baking pizza so I observed a clean kitchen and even found it entertaining to watch the process. I'm coming back for the breakfast pizza! Tried this place on a stop passing through during winter and it's a ghost town. Literally had no choices other than this place as it ended up being my third or fourth choice when calling places to order lol. I had a cheesesteak, fries and wings..everything was just "ok" not really good but not really bad. I can't really say why, maybe a little bland, fries were a little soggy by the time I ate them. Ordered a regular cheese pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza. Both were great the buffalo chicken pizza wasn't hot and could have used a bit more hot sauce but there was a lot of chicken on it which made up for the lack of true heat. Stopped by the other day for lunch with my husband. I had the pizza steak and he had the California Cheese Steak and we shared an order of fries. I must say that it was the best cheesesteak that I have had in this area in the nine years that I have lived down here. The meat was not fatty, there was sufficient sauce and the cheese was great (not cheese whiz). They were a decent size as well ( we only ate 1/2 and saved the other half for another meal).
