We had an excellent experience with Utah Basements this past year. They were able to schedule us immediately once we received all the bids, and the project took roughly 9 weeks from start to final walkthrough. Utah Basements was the second highest bid received, partly because they did not do the flooring (which we got through RC Willey). Communicating with Todd was very convenient, and he responded quickly to text, email, and messages through the UBKB online client portal, where we formally documented design changes. Victor was on site most days and was extremely professional and very friendly. He answered all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions, and always contacted us when there was an issue or he needed direction. Once materials were in, the crew made fantastic progress framing, plumbing, and electrical. The rest of the process went very smoothly, with the minor exception that a bunch of paint touch ups were needed, but those were taken care of immediately. Overall we had a top-notch experience with Todd, Victor and UBKB, couldn't be happier with the final product, and would definitely recommend them if you need a basement finished!
