Costumer service is absolutely useless. no care for you whatsoever, rude loud and they get in your way all the time whether it's constantly stocking Shelves and not moving so you can get your stuff or trying to walk right through you like your not even there really awful young people like nackers basically. Prices are well above compared with other shops in wexford and the quality of the products is shocking. Fruit and vegetables are almost always rotten or very close to going off, food products like ready made meals are overpriced and bland tasteless crap. Very Very bad customer experience. They delivered wet timber to use under plaster board/slab and when complaint made they sent a representative to test the moisture level and yes the timber was wet and I should wait a short period to let it dry. They refused outright to replace the wet timber. As a customer who over the years spent over €100k, I was offered €1.40 (the amount of interest added to my account whilst attempting to resolve the dispute with them). 1 Star is over the top & I have never returned to them in the last 3 years. read more
