Davi M. Disrespectful Management /staff, Gender…read moreDiscrimination Poor Customer Service: Manitoba Garage Door Ltd. has visited my premises three times for the same issue: the garage door not opening. The first time, they reprogrammed the system, but the problem returned less than a week later. When I called, I was told the technician had misinformed me about a free follow‑up and that the system wasn't originally installed by them. I was advised to replace the system, which I did. On July 28th, they came again because the new system stopped responding to the devices. The technician said I would be charged because the door was in manual mode. When I called the office for clarification, the operator transferred me to a supervisor who spoke to me in a condescending manner and told me to "shut my mouth" while I was explaining the situation. He ignored my questions and used unrelated examples instead of addressing the issue. This level of service and communication is unprofessional and unacceptable.,

There is no where else I would go. on one occasion I needed repair parts for an opener and Hilda said they didn't carry the model and manufacturer anymore, but she thought they may still have a few items left, and she dug through the old stock, and found what I needed. Service above and beyond the call. There are few businesses like this left, I notice they treat everyone like this . I thank the staff at creative door in Winnipeg, for their help. Dan

As I'm stunned wondering how do you do business and question this extra 100 he says I don't understand the problem why your upset. than doesn't show up ghosts me! So I spend the afternoon calling around with this rain everone tells me fat chance but I bet half of the companies I called actually said "BRENTS still in business?" Apparently this is common practice for this clown. I'd love to mention the companies that said this but have a peak at the 2 reviews I give the 2 that would squeeze me in this week! I actually was prepared to eat that hundo because of the rain but the GHOSTMAN never showed. Just to add he was whining how cheap he was compared to others.....DO your research my fault for not! THE GHOSTMAN is actually the highest of all. PLEASE people watch out for this grifter!

I recently used this company for a garage door repair at my rental property, and I was very…read moredisappointed with the experience. The technician completed the work without first calling to provide a quote or get my authorization, even though I am the property owner and the one responsible for the cost. When I received the invoice, the price was significantly higher than what multiple local Winnipeg garage door companies charge for the same repair. Only after I questioned the invoice did they offer a small discount, but it still remained well above typical market rates. The work itself appears fine, but the lack of transparency, no prior approval, and pricing that felt excessive made this a frustrating experience. I would not use this company again, and I would recommend that other customers insist on a written estimate and approval before any work is done

All Canadian Renovations was the one I went with. they were not the cheapest quote I received, in fact they were the highest of all three - but only by a few dollars. I chose to go with them mostly because of the two owners that showed up for our initial meeting. They were professional, respectful, and put my wife at ease with their humour and witty banter. my wife is a white knuckle renovator and is nervous about everything. After less than five minutes, she was totally at ease. Our kitchen looks fabulous and we spend more time in here than ever and we have even rediscovered our love of cooking! The crew that worked on our project (and there were many of them over the job) were professional, polite, and felt like members of the family - we were sad to see them go on the last day! The attention to detail was evident from all crew members. I don't want to single anyone out, because they were all awesome. Way to go All Canadian! highly recommended!!

I called to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very unfamiliar with their own products and rude. I received an estimate for my work within a week, but had to wait close to a month for the work. They finally come to do the work and yes they did lift the driveway, but the patching on the holes they drilled is so far off from my existing colours that it looks cheap and stands out like a sore thumb, in my opinion. The owner came to take a look and understood my disappointment but said there is nothing they can do now as they try their best to match existing. It is not even close to a match at all.
