Both neighbours, on both sides of us, and a few on my street used him, plus I recommended to others, but I guess he's telling the truth and they are ALL lying?) I WAS WRONG! Complaints on the BBB were the same as mine and there is no response on the phone. I needed an invoice from the place he bought the shingles from so that I could claim about $3000 in a class action lawsuit and he promised to get it for me but it never happened. I called him weekly for about a year and emailed him numerous times. So I am out $3000 due to an invoice. The supplier will not give me his invoice because I am the homeowner and not the company installing. Now the invoice is gone and shredded and he doesn't keep his copies of any invoices. I know a company is supposed to keep invoices for 7 years.

They came out quickly for an estimate in October 2024 following hail damage that required a full roof replacement and siding repairs. The roofing crew arrived in March 2025 and did a solid job on both our house and garage, including a thorough cleanup. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended and the nightmare began. The siding work was supposed to be scheduled by late 2025. We were extremely patient, understanding, and polite, giving regular, gentle follow-ups to our project manager. In October 2025, I called the scheduling coordinator directly, only to be shocked to learn that our siding job had been canceled--without any communication from them. I was told it was now too cold to complete the job, but the project manager assured us we would be first on the schedule for spring 2026. When I followed up in June 2026, the project manager was somehow surprised the work still hadn't been done. Since then, despite repeated phone calls and emails, we have been completely ghosted. No updates, no explanations, not even a simple message saying they no longer wanted the job. If a repair is too small for your company, at least have the professional courtesy to communicate that to your client. Leaving a customer with holes in their siding after months of patient waiting is completely unacceptable. For a company that claims to pride itself on quality, trust, and professionalism, this behavior is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Despite the decent work on the roof, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend a company that abandons its clients and refuses to communicate.

They've come back several times to "fix" their work but were still left with a crap job and disappointments. If you can't do a decent job or hire decent contractors please don't take peoples hard earned money. If you wanna pay a company for good work and a good price THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU. TRULY REGRET using Nisby and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Probably has too much work and not enough experienced tradespeople working for them. The plumber took nearly two weeks to finish bathroom reno because he had other jobs going on...Painting in bathroom started pealing only after 5 months. Instruction regarding size and colour of the ceramic tiles in the kitchen were not followed. There is probably more but my inlaws are probably to embarassed to tell us because they were taken in by this supposedly reputeble company. Anyone looking for a job should probably watch 5 episodes of Holmes on homes and be better qualified to do the jobs that were done at my inlaws.
