After visiting their shop and viewing the slabs and getting estimates with very reasonable and competitive prices, we decided to use them. Everyone at their shop was friendly and knowledgeable and worked with us to get the right materials for the look we wanted and to stay within our budget. They did our bathroom countertops, a laundry room sink top, and also the kitchen cabinet and island countertops. They did such a fantastic job on all countertops, we also hired them to install the tile around our fireplace and kitchen backsplash. I will post another review soon for tile work along with the images of the kitchen countertops when the work is finished. We really liked that the owner worked with us on ideas that gave our kitchen island some contrast to the other kitchen countertops. He also made sure that the supports underneath the slab of the kitchen island was adequate. So on top of great prices, know-how, and excellent work done in a timely manner, we also got some style/design advice. We couldn't be happier with everything they've done. Stellar company, and we hope to work with them again in the future.

Demo- if you are removing old counters & backsplash, be prepared for some slight repairs & touch-ups on cabinets and / or trim. Also, they do not remove your existing faucet, garbage disposal, oven vent etc. Nothing plumbing or electrical. If you add tile on a wall where there previously was none, expect to need longer machine screws to put the outlets back. If they don't notch out the tile for the plate covers they will not be as flush. We found both of these things out the next day while trying to put the outlets back in & covers on. If using your existing sink, the sink clips may not fit with new counter. We had to remove sink & caulk under. I hope this gives some insight for others as we had no clue of the process going in.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If one employee isn't completely sure about a question I've asked, they always consult other employees and have even done research on their computers for me! We've come here in the past looking for the best concrete sealers for water fountains and our aggregate concrete patio. We ended up purchasing two different sealers as the finish we were looking for differed on each project. We were very happy with the outcome! It's kind of hard to see from the main street, and depending on what direction you're coming from, entrance into their parking lot can be a bit tricky. FYI, their parking lot is gravel. Would highly recommend for professional advice regarding concrete projects!

If you have a need for concrete supplies of any type, I HIGHLY recommend Concrete Specialty Supply…read more I recently purchased some concrete products from Concrete Specialty Supply. The folks working the counter were clearly accustomed to commercial customers, but all of my rookie questions were answered patiently and cordially. Through no fault of Concrete Specialty Supply, I had purchased a product that wasn't what was expected. I made the situation worse, by applying the product over an entire pad without fully testing it first to see how it looked when dry. As I was trying to figure out how to fix my issue, I wound up speaking with CSS owner, Mark B. and to my surprise, I suddenly had a strong advocate. Mark spoke with the manufacturer on my behalf, who provided replacement product. Mark personally delivered the replacement product to my home and to my astonishment, helped me greatly by applying a remover and absorbent medium so I could start fresh. Mark refused payment for the supplies he provided nor the time spent applying them. During my initial conversation with Mark, I remarked that I was not a contractor, just a homeowner and his response was, "Every customer is important to me, big or small. It doesn't matter." He also mentioned his vendors stand by their products. I can state without a doubt, that Concrete Specialty Supply will treat you right and value your business whether it is large or small and they have chosen vendors who feel that way too. This is a business that deserves to be hugely successful. I truly hope more people learn about and do business with CSS.
