I had a scheduled appointment with a certain technician to come out to my home to relocate 1 camera and add a few other new devices. For some reason our assigned technician was re assigned to a different installation. The issue is , this technician came out to my home and knew exactly where I wanted new equipment and all wire ran through the attic. I've had bad experiences with prior techs to the point I had to help them run wire through attic. This is specifically why he was requested and assigned originally. So I lost a days of work due to I wanted to be home for install and now we had to cancel. So now I'm even more delayed on getting my new equipment. Scheduling needs to get it together. When someone is requesting a tech. It's for a reason. Every customer has different needs and expect certain outcomes that not all techs can perform. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

The panel is slow and often disconnects to the internet. The phone app is pretty cool but slow. I called Vivint so they could just send a tech to fix everything at once and they told me they would send someone out for $99. I've had different security services before so compared to past experiences I really feel like I got a bad deal.

    This company is a JOKE their techs are a JOKE. Their diagnosis are the worst they're the worst I've…read moreever seen. I moved to Bakersfield and was renting a property I have 12yrs of experience in HVAC. They came to check out the unit not once not twice not three times not four and still they couldn't fix the issue. After I advised them the issues the unit had they still couldn't figure it out. They had to make phone calls for help. One tech charged the unit then another tech comes over and said it was over charged when the unit had a major leak and the other unit was cutting off on internal overload after a few days of them installing a new compressor. Not only that THEIR LEAD TECH said that our 2nd floor unit cuts off because the 1st floor unit doesn't work... I said told you that can happen why would that happen?? He had no answer When I told him to properly diagnose the unit he called his NO experience boss and drives off yet knocks over my trash cans. The techs were AFRAID to come back because they were intimidated by me. Their supervisor who lived a few houses over wouldn't even come over and check the mistakes their techs made.... They are very dirty they don't clean up after themselves or anything they don't even put all screws back on the unit. They left the disconnect open and the other was left without a cover. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT YOUR UNIT TO WORK PROPERLY.
