Park in front of the loading zone. I found that to be most helpful. I bought 16 and pulled up my car and parked. There was a gentleman watering the plants and I asked him if I was OK that I parked there or if I should park in the loading zone and he said that should be fine. Well, 35 minutes later I go to the young man at the register and said no one has come out yet. He said oh I told them about it. I guess they don't plan on doing anything about it. Meanwhile, I see two women watering plants talking to each other. I see another woman with a man in the back near the pavers and then of course the man upfront who is watering the plants. I did try to not sound frustrated. The cashier reply was probably not the best or best course of action. I said OK cancel it. He didn't understand. I said if I can't load it in my car, I've already waited 35 minutes. I'm going to go. I just want to cancel the transaction. He says I need the items that you are getting the refund for. WHAT!!!!? Geez. I said you give me that refund now. Ultimately he did. And I left. This is probably just not the best way to have handled the whole entire situation. Will it stop me from going there, no. But that whole situation was stupid. Moving forward when I need pavers I'm just going to order them online . And then pick up.
