Nick did the install in just a day (about 14 feet total) using a herringbone pattern which is not easy to do but he did an incredible job. The tile itself is very good quality and the grout is self sealing, so no additional application needed. The cost was also extremely affordable. There was a very small spot of grout that did not get filled in quite enough, and Nick came right back to take care of it, no questions asked. Overall I could not be happier with the work done. We love Fernando! When we initially met him, he was working with another contractor we had hired to…read morerefinish some old hardwood we found under really ugly laminate. Fernando was left to stain and seal the floors so we got to know him fairly well while waiting for the floors to dry. Since we can't afford to do all of our floors at once we asked Fernando if he would take on a new hardwood install in our tiny bathroom which he was kind enough to do. He even ok'd the job with the company he was working with when we first met him; which I feel quite certain not everyone would do. We love our new hardwood in our tiny bath. You honestly can't tell the new floors from the original hardwoods that Fernando feathered in beautifully. He was even kind enough to remove the wood from some previously pet stained boards while he was feathering in the new with the old. When we install the rest of our wood next February 2024, we will certainly be calling Fernando. He is a hardworking, kind person who not only listens to his clients but honestly seems to care about what they want. Not only that, but he does really great work!
