It's tough to find nice plants this late in the season especially after the extreme heat we've had and lack of rain. I didn't see anyone around but saw a sign indicating where to pay. I walked around the area and into several of the greenhouses but still saw nobody. I googled the business and decided to call them. The owner answered the phone as he was off property. He said they had closed early due to the heat. He was very kind and polite. I had not noticed the "closed " sign since everything was so open with tons of plants sitting outside. He offered to take my credit card number over the phone so I was able to pay for the plants I had picked out. I will definitely return...probably in early fall for some more plants.

We are not wholesalers, just two folks who desperately needed foundation plants. This place, for the most part, sells to wholesalers. When you visit, you may want to know what you need before you get there. When they are in full swing, they may not have the time to consult with you for 20 minutes. The prices are beyond amazing. We went there several times and never had an issue with questions not being answered or help not given. We have moved 4.5 hours away since then, but NOVA prices are going to bring us back to Pucketts this spring.

Not because of just above, the plants easily transplanted as they were given to me very clean, and they are doing fantastic! I'm even getting full color still. Very little leaf yellowing. This shop seems to have limited hours so I've been following them on Facebook to see when they are open. Today was the day I've been waiting for and oh my, it was well worth the wait. Cute, creative, amazing variety of products well displayed. There are several small rooms packed with merchandise you don't typically see in your regular retail shops. I revisited several of the rooms and each time discovered something new. I gained permission to take pictures so everyone could get a better idea about what is available here. Today they had fresh roasted peanuts that I'm sure was a big hit. Also, customers bringing in at least 2 cans of food today to be donated to the local food pantry received a 20% discount on purchases. So, not only does this business offer a great shopping experience they care about their local community as well. I'm looking forward to returning and taking friends there to shop.
