They had worked with our venue in the past so they knew what was needed generally. The bouquets and arrangements were drop dead gorgeous. They called to check in with us and even brought lots of florals for our cake so we could pick and chose what we wanted the day of. They ask you exactly what you want and if you're anything like me and only know colors instead of flowers, they guide you through the whole thing and you'll get exactly what you dreamt of. Michelle was super helpful and made sure we were taken care of. They delivered the flowers on time and made sure they stayed in the shade as long as possible for our big day. There were plenty of activities for children, a s'mores station, snacks, and free coffee and cider. There was also a local vendor who was selling her homemade jewelry and clothing - very cute stuff! Of course along with this there were pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, and people there to haul them onto a wheelbarrow and into your car for you. A professional photographer was there taking photos, and one couple got engaged during the photo shoot! I left just as people were gathering around the stage to hear some "spooky stories" and it looked like all the children were very excited. All in all, Dock Southern Farm was a lot of fun and I look forward to going again and bringing my niece to enjoy all the activities!

It was such a great stop. We love the off the beaten path kind of places and this is certainly one of them! We got there late in the afternoon and all the shops on Main street were closed, so we were just window shopping, taking pictures of the quaint Mayberry named stores, when we happened to pass by Mayberry country, just as they were locking up for the day. The owners, Barbara and Don, greeted us just like we were in Mayberry RFD. They insisted they open the store back up for us.....They were tired from a long day, but said they wanted us to be able to take home some souvenirs from their town, so they unlocked the door, turned the lights back on and helped us! AND...they told us all about their little town..where to find the best attractions and they even gave us a map to find them. Their little shop is great and we certainly did find some great things to take home....but the most important thing we found was Barbara and Don. They have to be the nicest shop owners anywhere!! Don said that the most important things to him are the tourists that stop in their town. How rare is that??? If you stop in Airy, be sure to visit them!
