DO NOT be fooled by Anthony's thorough explanation of HOW he would do the job. It was all talk and he was a great, friendly salesman. But the actual work itself was horrific. I will post pictures of the end product and you will see the "quality" work they provide. I contacted him multiple times to have them come back to fix the many issues and it took him weeks to finally get back to me. He sent his guys out to fix the problem areas but they still look horrible. Please refer to my pictures to see for yourself the "quality" work they provide. We wouldn't be so unhappy if his price was cheap. His price was more than other quotes we got. He told us how people who quote low prices miss areas and don't provide quality work. Excellent workmanship and professional! Anthony and his crew were efficient, pleasant and paid attention to the details. Anthony explained the process completely and patiently - answering all my questions during the quote as well as while the work was being done. They were very careful to cover areas not being repaired and cleaned up afterwards. I called Wall and Ceiling Pros on Monday and spoke to Anthony. He quoted me a fair price in comparison to the other estimates I got and said he could have it done by Wednesday afternoon. He told me he would show up at 930am, but actually showed up at 915. That was definitely a nice change for someone in the construction industry. When I showed Anthony the job, which was pretty technical and dealt with old construction, he offered his own ideas, which ended up being what we went with. My house suffered flood damage about 2 weeks ago during heavy rain. The restoration company cut off the bottom 2 feet of drywall throughout most of my house. When it was time to replace the drywall, the restoration company I was working with said, "We're a little booked up. We can get to you in 4 weeks." Screw. That. They arrived, on time, two days later, materials and contract in hand. Contract signed, 10% down payment, and work started 5 minutes later. It only took them 2 days to hang drywall, mud, and texture over 1000 sq. ft. of house. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and charged a fair price. I needed a mirrored wall removed and drywall repaired/replaced as necessary. I was referred to this company and sent them a message. This is a father and son business and the son contacted me quickly. We set a time the next day and I got a written proposal that afternoon. As my project was just a partial day they managed to do it within 3 days! That is service. Anthony came out on time and carefully prepped the area so as to not have broken glass flying all over. He protected the floor and other walls. (many years of bad luck for all that broken mirror). He patched the drywall rather than replace it and it looked so smooth. It was a dark and stormy night..., no, wait. This was Southern California. It was a hot and dusty November. (Better, much better.) Sweet Thang was a'sellin' her house. But not with that funky 80's popcorn ceiling. We called in Wall & Ceiling Pros and they came in and did a living room, a hallway and three bedrooms from popcorn to knock-down. This is a messy operation any way you look at it. Anthony and his guy did it in an acceptable mess scenario. If you've ever had to remove a popcorn ceiling, seriously, that poop flies far and wide. The amount of overspatter I had to deal with was certainly within the acceptable range. Did I say that retexturing is messy? Spatterfest. So yeah, I was cool with the very minute amount of residual debris I dealt with. At the time I thought the pricing was a tad steep, but these gents got it done on time and on schedule. Three stars. But the story endth not here. Did I say that we are prepping this house for sale? Did I mention hot and dusty November in Banning? Attic AC unit condensate line backs up just after Anthony & crew gets done. Super colossal mess. Ceiling sheetrock a disaster. I call Anthony. Would never use this company again! We were pressured by the owners son to put bullnose on every corner. Even after telling him we weren't interested he still tried to pressure us into getting bullnose corners. Their texturing skills are horrible. We had them do every wall of the house and the ceilings. There's dips and scrape marks everywhere, inconsistent thickness. Just a mess. They didn't even clean up their mess. They thought because we were renovating the house it was OK to leave their trash and texture everywhere in every single room. Then when the job was done the son forced us to pay him in cash even though during the estimate process it was never stated we had to have cash to pay him or the pricing would have been A $2000 difference! I'm pretty sure we were charged twice as much and because we we were forced to pay in cash I'm sure the son got to pocket whatever he wanted. read more

Overall, Anthony and his helper did a great repair job. My job was "small" (just for him but it was big for me!) So he fit me in right away. We spoke on a Tuesday and he came that Friday and finished the work in under 3 hours. I needed a ceiling repaired where I had canned lights in stalled. It looks excellent. I also needed some patching done where I removed a wall cabinet in several bathrooms. They look great. He had to come and touch up a few areas that showed up after it all dried.I also need repair to several other areas throughout my home. But he is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I was a little surprised at some clean up I had to do after they left because they put down plastic and taped off the areas where they worked. I may just have too great of expectations. I'm not sure because this was my first experience with drywall repair. The other thing I was surprised by was that he wanted cash, instead of a check, to make it easy for himself.
