Anthony is definitely reachable and full of wisdom when it comes to ceilings and walls...their name says it all. I had asked him a few times to come out and see the job prior to, however given his expert history he felt confident the popcorn ceiling work would be per usual (pictures were sent) and he quoted us based on that. On the day of the job he called and unfortunately the work was not as expected and the quote did go up considerably. However, he rectified the situation by giving a discount and the work was done within 3 days (he ended up having to dry wall all the rooms where the popcorn ceiling was in). It did turn out great so we are very happy with the work which is one of the most important things. The only feedback i'd encourage in the future is if a misquote such as that is ever made again, do whatever you can to appease your client for the remainder of the job-especially if they've decided to still use you because they are confident in your work. We we're also concerned on the ceiling because we had to move over our HVAC and move over some lighting. Our main water line busted in the attic while we were gone for the weekend. Absolutely destroyed our entire house they pretty much ripped everything out down to the studs. When it came time to try and find a drywall company to redo the entire house, My buddy referred me to Wall and Ceiling Pros and thank god he did! In some areas they only cut the wall up 2ft and if you have someone that doesn't know what they are doing it could be a nightmare trust me I've been there. DO NOT be fooled by Anthony's thorough explanation of HOW he would do the job. It was all talk and he was a great, friendly salesman. But the actual work itself was horrific. I will post pictures of the end product and you will see the "quality" work they provide. I contacted him multiple times to have them come back to fix the many issues and it took him weeks to finally get back to me. He sent his guys out to fix the problem areas but they still look horrible. Please refer to my pictures to see for yourself the "quality" work they provide. We wouldn't be so unhappy if his price was cheap. His price was more than other quotes we got. He told us how people who quote low prices miss areas and don't provide quality work. Well we paid more for the horrific job his guys did, so not only did we overpay but now we have to pay our painter extra to smooth things out. He was very friendly and a great salesman.
