A few days later I got the estimate in the mail. The estimate was $7600.00. I was shocked. That is price gouging. After speaking with other painters, contractors and similar trades people I learned that the going rate for painting is approximately $1.30 - $2.00 a square foot. I shopped around and found an excellent painter that brought the job from start to finish at $2400.00 which included the price of the paint. Caveat emptor!

**Outstanding Work on Two Major Projects - Highly Recommend!**…read more We've now worked with Luis Sacayon and the Eagle Pro Painters LLC team on two separate projects at our home, and both experiences have been absolutely excellent. **Project 1 - Cabinet Painting:** Luis and his team completely transformed our kitchen, master bathroom, and our daughter's bathroom by painting all the cabinets. The cabinets were in need of a touch-up, and we decided to have them professionally painted to give each room an entirely new look. The transformation was incredible - it's like having a brand new kitchen and bathrooms! **Project 2 - Bathroom Painting:** After we had some new flooring installed by another contractor, we decided to have both bathrooms painted. Luis and his team came back for the second project and performed just as professionally and efficiently as the first time. They painted the bathroom walls, doors, and trim, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. **What sets Eagle Pro Painters apart:** - **Communication:** Luis was extremely communicative and responsive throughout both projects. Any question or concern I had was addressed promptly and professionally. - **Quality Work:** The craftsmanship is excellent. Both the cabinet painting and wall painting were done to perfection. - **Project Management:** Having worked with many contractors over the years, I can say that Luis and his team excel not just in their painting work, but also in communication and handling all the paperwork associated with the projects. - **Fair Pricing:** Their prices are very reasonable for the high-quality work they deliver. - **Reliability:** They showed up when promised and completed work on schedule for both projects. We're absolutely thrilled with our newly painted cabinets and bathroom walls, doors, and trim. The rooms look completely refreshed and updated. We will definitely be working with Eagle Pro Painters again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable painters in the Vancouver, WA area. If you're looking for a painting contractor who combines excellent workmanship with outstanding customer service, look no further than Luis and the Eagle Pro Painters team!

Please do NOT waste your money with this company. Luis talks a good game, and we believed that he…read morewould be on the job to oversee the work to make sure everything was as he'd described. He did come the first day for an hour, and for a short time on the last day. We hired him to paint the whole first floor of our home after we had a remodel, including ceiling, walls, doors, trim, and a bathroom cabinet. Nearly everything went wrong: 1. All of the walls were painted in eggshell finish instead of satin. 2. They dropped heavy tools many times, and put two holes in our brand new flooring. 3. Instead of 2 coats, there was only one coat on the walls, and we have had to repaint much of it ourselves because there were many unpainted spots. 4. Somehow they managed to smash one of our brand new decorative vent covers (they ultimately agreed to pay for a replacement after we asked 3 separate times). 5. The painters stripped the threads on all the screws in the garage house entry door hinges -- we had to fix that ourselves. 6. They didn't paint the trim in some parts of the house. 7. They dumped their paint rollers in the remaining cans of paint -- we discovered this when we had to open the cans to repaint. What a mess! I could go on and on. Please choose a different company when you need to have painting done, so you will have a better experience than we had.

We recently hired Alex and Alan for a painting project after they were strongly recommended by our…read moreneighbor. Before the recommendation, we received estimates from 4 other companies and were feeling very frustrated by the whole process. We felt pressured, ignored and convinced the only way to get quality work was to spend a fortune with the "big name" companies. But then our neighbor saved the day with their recommendation! Alex and Alan were highly professional, yet spoke to us with the comfort of someone we'd known for years. They were open to our questions and offered their own recommendations when asked, which we appreciated since we had no idea what we were doing. They arrived on time, kept everything clean and finished in the scheduled timeframe. And in the rare cases where something minor wasn't quite what we expected, they immediately fixed it. The main part of our project was the tedious job of painting our home's original wood windows (30 of them...inside and out) that we just had refurbished. If I had painted them myself, I would've ended up frustrated and probably crying in the corner. They did it without getting a single drop of paint on the glass and with the last window looking as professional as the first. Just as our neighbor had done for us, we'd recommend their services without hesitation to anyone in need of a painter. And whenever we have another project, they'll be the first we call!
