To my surprise, she didn't even hesitate and instantly agreed. She was very punctual for our first meet and greet. That gave me comfort that she would be on time for the feeding schedule. I left her written instructions and Tatiana followed them like it was a military operation. She asked a lot of questions which demonstrated that she was not only there for the task at hand, but was there for the wellbeing of my pet. While I was away, Tatiana text me to let me know she had arrived. She sent photos of my pet eating. She left all the supplies as organized as I had left them. She closed the door to my gate as I had instructed her. Heck, she even chopped a chord of firewood for the winter! [Hahah...I don't have a chimney]. My cat's came running to me when she heard the car pull up to the house. But she stopped short when she saw me get out. She had that "OH, it's YOU" look on her face. She went to roam the grounds, presumably to look for her new BFF. YES, Tatiana did a great job!!!

From the moment you walk in, George makes you feel like more than just a customer--he remembers your face, greets you like an old friend, and treats you like family. His kindness, sense of humor, and genuine compassion are just as impressive as his incredible knowledge and expertise with animals. I recently brought in my oldest cat, whose fur had become severely matted. Rather than rushing through the appointment, George and his team took extra time and exceptional care to make sure she was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. They patiently shaved and carefully worked through the mats, and I could tell my cat's well-being was their top priority every step of the way. What meant the most to me was George's compassion during a difficult time in my life. He was incredibly understanding of my financial hardships and worked with me so I could still get my cat the care she desperately needed. That level of kindness and empathy is something you don't come across every day, and I'll never forget it. I trust George and his team completely with my pets, and that peace of mind is priceless. Whether you're looking for grooming, boarding, or daycare, I wholeheartedly recommend Andy's Pet Grooming. It's a wonderful family-owned business that truly cares about both the animals and the people who love them. I imagined her making brownies, popcorn, having a BBQ and not turning off the grill afterwards. I organized food in one cabinet, with post-its for info, post-it where her room litterbox was after already giving info to the manager I think it helped make things simpler. We started getting daily reports, with "basics" box checked. They were thorough, precise, and complete. My Dad worked for Polaroid for 20 years, and these pet sitters were awesome at taking pictures. I will never use them again after my TERRIBLE experience. Initially used this service for a short business trip with success so tried again for a longer trip to see family between Christmas and NYE. The company sent a sitter I had never met who incorrectly used the pill injector on my sick, elderly cat and forced her to swallow the over inch-long applicator tip. Resulted in $3,000 emergency vet surgery to remove that I had to manage from out of town. So deeply stressful for me but mainly my poor elderly asthmatic cat!! They handled it but SO unnecessary and only happened bc of their bizarre business model where they pick whichever of their employees are available, not someone who knows your house/pet. So if you get one who knows what they're doing you don't necessarily get them again - it's totally random from the customer's perspective. Instead of enjoying my family I had to spend the time managing the emergency they created from afar, stressed and fuming that I trusted this company to send someone competent to care for my sweet older cat. After the first disastrous pill delivery issue they sent the **same person** again a day later who clearly doesn't know how to give a cat medication and she, again, incorrectly gave my cat her medication!!! My cat gets ill if she misses just one day, the medication is a high-dose steroid for her asthma. The employee did not know how to give her the pill, but still marked the medication as administered on their form (I only figured out it didn't happen when I read the notes) and instead of giving her the pill rubbed it on her gums -?!? I am FURIOUS for my poor cat and at the incompetence of this employee they continue to use, along with the management that assured me they know how to give cats medication and yet still sent this individual out after it was proved that they cannot give a cat medication effectively. The other employees seemed to be ok but I had no choice over who they sent over, meaning every visit was a gamble. If you need anything beyond the most basic service, avoid avoid avoid!!!

I originally intended to leave a positive review, especially after being offered a discount…read moreincentive to do so before even seeing my dogs. However, after picking them up and fully evaluating their condition, I feel obligated to leave an honest account of my experience. My dogs were boarded here for 21 days, and I paid $3,340.29 with the expectation that they would be properly cared for. When I saw them at pickup, I was immediately alarmed by how thin they appeared. At first I questioned whether I was overreacting, so I weighed them once we got home. Based on their recorded weights, they lost approximately 18% of their body weight during their stay. The more I look at them and evaluate their condition, the more upset and disturbed this makes me. In addition to the severe weight loss, both dogs also had fresh cuts and scars that appeared consistent with having been in fights or altercations while boarded. This was never communicated to me during their stay, and seeing visible injuries on top of their physical condition was extremely upsetting. I documented their condition with video and reviewed everything more carefully afterward. Two days before pickup, I received an email stating they "seemed a bit hungry after eating their food." I had provided very specific feeding instructions, including a digital scale to measure 200 grams of food per feeding, twice daily. When I checked the scale afterward, I noticed the units had been changed from grams, and I also became concerned they may have been weighing the food incorrectly by including the bowl weight. What upsets me most is that their veterinary records clearly documented their healthy weight immediately before boarding. The condition they were returned in was not acceptable and should never have happened under professional supervision. I do not believe this was intentional cruelty, but I do believe there was serious negligence and incompetence in their care. The email sent shortly before pickup now feels more like an attempt to establish concern in advance rather than address the issue appropriately. I trusted this facility with my dogs' health and wellbeing, and I will never trust them with their care again.
