We were having problems with Mia having accidents in the house that corrected immediately after Polinas walks (runs) began. Her detailed reports and darling pictures are just the icing on the cake. The best part is the transformation Mia has gone through. She used to be so afraid of other dogs and people and now will go up to other dogs and even people and say hi. :) It's truly amazing! I am convinced that it's a direct result of all of Polina's attention and sincerely tender and patient loving care. Polina is also the most concientious human being I have ever met. She has the highest ethical standards and has even given us discounts for being loyal customers. Who does that these days?? Love her and love the way our dog has blossomed. Thank you Polina!

Unfortunately, I no longer live in Solana Beach, or California for that matter…read more But, when I lived there for three years, I counted on Polina's pet sitting services for both my cat Charlie and my dog Onyx. Where do I begin? I can only sum up, that Polina has been the BEST petsitter I have ever relied on to take care of my furabies. She is extremely knowledgeable on dogs and cats, especially small breed dogs because that's what she owns, and she absolutely loves animals. My dog Onyx, is a senior Chihuahua, and the first time I had Polina take care of her, Onyx had just experienced some serious gastrointestinal issues. She was a mess, and needed daily meds, and also a special bland food diet. Polina immediately took to my animals, and showed a lot of concern for Onyx' health and skinny frame. My animals took to her immediately too, because animals know when they are around somebody who truly, and genuinely loves and cares for them. When I came back from that first trip, where I had Polina take care of my animals, Onyx had put on weight, and looked healthier and happier than she had in years. And I was only gone for about a week! What I appreciate the most about Polina's petsitting services, is that she is very personable about it. She takes her job very seriously, and while very professional is also passionate at the same time. I found out, that she would make special food for Onyx even when she didn't need to. She goes above and beyond the call of duty in order to fulfill her obligations, and her prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Polina as a petsitter. Your animals will be in good hands, and that is one less thing you'll have to worry about, while away from home.

For the record, I'm only a single-time customer of Bark Brigade. However, I take my pup Jazzy to…read morethe dog park every Monday and Wednesday specifically to hang out with the Bark Brigade crew. Leila, the owner of Bark Brigade, and Betsy (her assistant), are both exceptionally attentive to the needs of every pup she in their care. On any given day, they bring between 4 and 10 dogs to the park, all of varied age, ability and temperament. What impresses me every time is that Leila never lets any of the dogs get away with being lazy while at the park (with the exception of the senior citizens). She also ensures Leila makes sure Bear (the big Bermese mountain dog seen in the pictures) plays with the rest of the pups, even if he needs a little coaxing. He is, after all, a people pup above all. She makes sure that Saffron (the white lab) doesn't trample park newcomers with her sometimes over-eager playfulness. She also separates any dogs that seem to have a bad attitude for that day, which allows the rest of the crew to still get their playtime in. I trust Bark Brigade with my pup without hesitation, and I would encourage anyone that considers their dog as a child to try Bark Brigade too.

Betsy picks him up several times a week and takes him to the Park play-time, and it is just what he needs: the chance to be social and get some of his zoomies out. All the other dogs there are awesome too, and I'm sure mine keeps them young and active. Whenever I come home in the evening after my pet has been with the Bark Brigade for the afternoon, he is always worn out. Plus Betsy leaves me a note letting me know how the afternoon went; I like to hang the best ones up on my fridge. I can't say enough good things about the Bark Brigade. Thanks for taking great care of my dog!

NANCE IS THE BEST! ! ! ! We're so happy she came into our life! Her energy is awesome and still…read moremaintains the pack master leader that our dogs need. Reasons we love Nance: 1. She is the one spending time with your dogs! I can't even begin to explain my frustration with previous companies who farm out/subcontract their walkers. Time after time, I would get a last minute message saying a new walker was covering a well in advanced scheduled walk- after I made numerous requests that I wanted a consistent walker; considering you let them in your house and trust them to take care of your darlings - Nance is the business, without it ever feeling like a business. She's our buddy! Another set of eyes and ears for not only my dogs, but my house as well. She's there in a heartbeat, always with a smile and so much love! 2. Previous companies rushed our "meet and greets" and never asked any questions -- huh? Nance on the other hand, stayed with us a good while to get to know my Chihuahuas, asked lots of GREAT questions and made me us feel like rockstars! 3. She follows-up! Whether, a simple text, a phone call, OR, even better, a HAND WRITTEN NOTE, she keeps me in the loop with how our walk/play date went, how they did socially, no. 1 & no. 2s - I mean she is so thorough, and you just know she REALLY cares. 3. Her communication and professionalism is OUTSTANDING; she let me know well in advance of her planned vacation, she always messages me right back if I have a question; Nance is TOP DOG. I could go on and on about why we love her and are stoked to have her part of our family - but I don't want to bore you all with my list, when you all can see for yourselves! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. BEST OF THE BEST. Give your dogs the best and go with Nance! L, T&N

They tend to make me nervous at times when they begin to do things on their own as they can be tricky to keep tabs on then, but I had full confidence in Kristen's dog whispering abilities to keep them out of harms way. When they came home you could tell they were thrilled with their day and that Kristen had paid attention to the detail items I had asked her to look out for on one of my girls that tends to get sore after running too much and begins to limp.
