Hendrix my first pup loves going to Coastal Paws, he jumps out of my car and runs straight to door everytime even after all these years. Then when I got my second pup he does the exact same thing. Their pure enjoyment and excitement for doggy day care brings me so much joy. They are will taken care of and I receive feedback on their behavior and the owner does behavior training with them. My dog was recently diagnosed with a heart murmur and I got in my head about her aging. I thought to myself, I'm curious. let's give this a go. I had no expectations! But I got everything I wanted and more. I feel so relieved in knowing how happy my dog is. Jules was absolutely amazing and a joy to work with! She was extremely flexible and answered all my questions and more! I am still a little speechless at how accurate everything was. There were many points in the conversation that validated she was really talking to my 13 year old dog Charlie. I don't have time to talk about everything but I couldn't stop laughing and smiling the whole time I was talking to Jules about her session with Charlie. Charlie's answers were so funny and sweet. Jules translated them in a way that it's like I could hear Charlie's voice. I always thought she would be like a little old lady, very formal and polite but unexpectedly witty. The number one message I am carrying with me from the session is that she loves her life with me and that's all I could ever hope to hear and get from a session.

The staff is WONDERFUL!! They remember my dogs name, even when she hasn't been in awhile! When I drop my dog off I can look in the viewing window and see how sweet the staff are to my dog and all the doggies. Last time I watched, I saw the staff pick her up, which she loves, give her a little snuggle and then put her in her favorite spot - on the top of the stair structure where she can oversee everything. They love to give scratches, pets and attention to all the dogs, it just shows you how kind, thoughtful and attentive they are. I love that they have the mutt-cams so we can watch all the fun. :) My dog sometimes doesn't want to leave she loves it there so much! We chose this place because we love how they are cage free when boarded overnight and they give you the cutest report card when you pick them up.
