Jenni is very thorough and professional. She left me a log of what happened each day - both informative and funny. She even emailed me pictures of my cats a couple time during my trip which helped put my mind at ease. Jenni is a RVT, registered veterinary technician, so she is trained in the medical aspect of things too. Good for pets who need medications or need to be watched closely for signs of illness. I am a veterinarian and very particular about my animal's care. I felt very comfortable with her level of expertise and I highly recommend Jenni for all your pet sitting needs. I will definitely be calling her anytime I need a pet sitter!

Just when I had given up hope a friend told me about Randy. I emailed him and received a response that same day. I was honest with the situation and took FULL responsibility of the issue and what my dog has become. I had anticipated him raising the price like all the others did once they heard that she had bitten several people/dogs and was shocked that he didn't! When the day came for the appointment I will admit I was nervous! I was so afraid she would bite Randy and he would not take the time to see she was actually a sweet dog on the inside. There was nothing he did to make me think that but I guess i wasn't sure what to expect. Randy showed up with full riot gear (leather jacket and one of those leather gloves that you would wear for a hawk to land on your arm) and I was impressed! He laid out the plans of every single movement from him to my partner and I and we did everything he said! He told us exactly what was going to happen and when. He experienced my little devil at her worst and didn't run away but rather tell us she was a good girl with a big job (guarding me and my other pup) that she didn't want! I was in awe and almost in tears that he was there to fix us! After 2+ hours of working with us I feel more confident and more willing than ever to take on the role of leader in my house!! Randy was honest and so nice! He feels that it may only take this one lesson to get us on track but told us to call anytime for any questions at all! He gave suggestions on how to turn the dogs back into dogs and some items that may help us. I was beyond impressed and will probably not stop talking about this for years and to anyone that needs a trainer (or anyone that will listen!). **What you need to know** Reasonably priced He'll come directly to you On call for tips and assistance (no charge {I assume may charge if you call non stop!}) Has experience with all breeds and issues He didn't judge or blame me Covers a lot of behavior in a short time Asked us constantly if we had questions and didn't judge if they seemed silly Super happy dog moms over here!! We are on our way to peace thanks to Randy!!

Randy was recommended to me by my friend at a pitbull rescue. My rescue dog Foxxy has some trauma…read moreissues because she's been abused and abandoned before. I got her about 10 months ago and she hyper bonded to me, leading to some separation issues. Randy worked with us for just over two hours, and that time was PACKED with information and tips! I wish I could have recorded it! He was so knowledgable and we were able to start seeing progress with Foxxy almost right away. Randy helped me see that the root of a lot of Foxxy's issues was her anxiety. She was pacing the house every night, keeping me and dogsitters up, and she had started peeing in the living room. Randy suggested crate training because when done well, she will sleep more sound throughout the night and it might make her feel more safe. I had tried before and failed because Foxxy would howl, but Randy told me to spend the first 2-3 nights sleeping on the floor next to her crate, with my back against the crate. It was a commitment, but I did this for 2 nights and Foxxy didn't howl or cry ONCE! And now she loves getting in her crate, and sleeps peacefully with no potty accidents. I'm so grateful!

We could not be happier with John and his skilled approach at animal handling! We have a 6-month…read moremini goldendoodle that John has been working with for the past 3 months. Our dog has successfully learned to walk properly on a leash, sit, and down (take it with a grain of salt; at 6 months she still needs constant training/reminders, just as children need constant reinforcement as they grow). John does not use treat (food) reinforcement, which we love. My husband and I don't bribe our 3 kids with food, so why would we bribe our dog with treats?! John recommended a pronged training collar. I at first was hesitant (our pup was a tiny 6 lb pup) but after trying it on my arm, I realized that it does NOT hurt. It causes a startle effect that then causes compliance. Our sweet pup responded wonderfully to this training collar! Does she like it? Nope. Does it work? Heck yes!! We don't leave it on her all the time, just for training purposes. And it has resulted in such an obedient, compliant puppy. In addition to an all-natural training approach, John himself is such a nice guy! He truly cares about the pups he works with. Just today he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, walking me through some puppy behaviors and advising how to best mitigate them. He does not charge for these extra 'sessions', and in fact encourages them. If you are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable trainer who genuinely will care about your dog and train them (and train you! Because let's be honest, training the humans is a huge part!) then you need to call John. Hands down, he's the best. Don't wait.

The difference in their behavior now is unbelievable. What truly sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares -- not just about training the dogs, but about helping them succeed and making the process enjoyable for both the dogs and the owners. You can tell immediately that he has a real passion for what he does. He was patient, caring, knowledgeable, and somehow made training fun instead of stressful. The most mind-blowing part was my one dog who was already four years old and still not potty trained. Within just 4 days, he had her fully trained to go outside. I honestly still can't believe it. We had struggled for years, and he accomplished what we thought was impossible in less than a week. I also never felt comfortable to leave my dog in anyone else's home, but David made me feel so comfortable and secure to drop my fur baby at his home for the board and train and I honestly was open to having her there longer since we trusted him so much, but we didn't even need to since he got the results done so fast. I was able to get all my 4 dogs on a plane as Service Dogs with his guidance and training and I am now living in Costa Rica with all my 4 furbabies which would have never been possible without his training. If you are considering dog training, stop searching and book with him. He is hands down the absolute best, and I truly could not recommend him more! Our dogs -- and our home -- are completely changed because of him. We all truly miss him! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts David!

Right from our meet and greet, David worked to understand what our struggles were so he could make a training plan just for Cali. We felt comfortable and confident dropping her off. He joined us for a walk, giving us helpful tips in real-time on how we could adjust what we were doing to keep her progress going. He even gave us a detailed file of notes, which have allowed for us to seamlessly continue her training at home. David's patience and positive approach paid off, we've seen such a change. Cali is calmer and more focused when there's stuff going on around her. We can't recommend him enough to anyone dealing with leash issues or a reactive dog.
