Elmer and his crew did a very nice job with the cleanings, everything looked squeaky clean afterward. I also appreciated that they were very responsive throughout. I would definitely save their contact info if you ever need pressure washing services. Five stars from me. Very solid.

He responded within minutes!…read moreWe had, or at least we thought we had, a clogged gutter that was causing an overflow when it rained hard. He was able to check out the situation the very next day, and had quoted a very reasonable number to do the work. However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant. Nothing. While I can't comment on the quality of his work, and certainly can on his character. I would recommend him to anyone.

This is a rental property and the windows inside were worse than the windows outside. Gross! Now they look great. You can actually see out of them. 3rd - Affordable. It was a big job but the price was a steal. I'm not kidding. I got more expensive quotes from others who had not even seen it yet. Imagine if they saw it - I would have spent hundreds more. Finally, the professionalism is SPOT ON. They treated me as if they valued me - both Kayla and her husband who did the work (forgot his name but such a nice guy). This is the one- don't look any further. Next - I will have them do my primary residence and my boyfriend is looking for someone to do his rental property in Miami so I have already referred them to him.

I have lived in the house for 5 years and we never had the roof cleaned. The terra cotta color does a good job of hiding the dirt but after Javier cleaned it I couldn't believe how much better it looked. They cleaned up all around the house after that were done and aside from the amazing looking roof, you never knew they were there. One of the reasons I waited so long to clean the roof is because so many people use high pressure and or strong chemicals that kill plants and could be hazardous to pets. Javier uses a medium pressure scrub with a diluted bleach solution that is nice compromise between the two. The roof came out fantastic and all my plants are healthy! Will definitely use him again.
