They have exceeded our expectations every time! The Black Diamond crew of 7-8 guys that came to our home were wonderful - respectful, hard-working and they worked so quietly and quickly, we hardly knew they were there! Rodrigo, our project manager, was fantastic and knew exactly what we wanted and how to price it out correctly. He went out of his way to visit our project to check on progress and answered all our questions quickly along the way. We would hire them again and again if we had more work to give! They are truly masters in their field of work. Thanks, Benchmark!

Most of the paper came out well however there were a few spots in our bathroom that needed to be touched up. I paid him the full amount and he said he would be back. After several attempts to reach him and several months later, he has still not returned my phone calls nor fulfilled his obligation for the touchups. I would not recommend him as he seems to have the mindset as many of the other contractors out there where he just takes your money and runs.

Juan and Kevin Casco were incredibly prompt and…read moreresponsive from the very first call--communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout the entire project. I was moving into a new home and quickly realized this was much more than a simple paint job. A massive 13-foot, floor-to-ceiling white lacquer storage unit in the master bedroom had to be removed, the wall repaired and painted, and new baseboards installed. Two additional bedrooms had built-in desks and shelving that also required removal, repair, and painting. The entire house was then painted--walls, doors, and trim. One of the biggest challenges was the dining room, where the previous owner had hand-painted a decorative wall with glitter embedded in the surface. It required three skim coats before it could be painted properly. Juan and his crew handled it without hesitation. Each crew member seemed assigned to a specific task, working with ease and precision. It quickly became clear that this team is capable of managing far more than just painting and would be well suited for a wide range of home projects. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality exceeded expectations. Four days later, the house looks fantastic. If you want a responsive, skilled, family-run team that delivers great value, First Call Painters should absolutely be your first call.

We've known this gentleman for many years and he has always been dedicated to living the American dream and raising a Family and he has succeeded at both. The most recent job his company did for us was a 2,000 + sq ft residence. Staff members came (actually early which was great) to start prepping the walls. He came with the paint and more painters. And in less than three days they transformed our home perfectly. When I say perfectly I mean this. Straight lines with no paint on the ceiling or trim. No runs drip nor drops. Their skill is high and hands are steady, they don't need blue tape. In my pictures you will see I have curved walls, European style, which requires tape when you are changing color from the main room to the hall, so you will see it. Utilization of quality paint so coverage is good, no bleed through and, in our case we selected eggshell, and it looks awesome. The painters work well together, they are fast, clean, there was no mess ever, and that in-and-of-itself is good training and manners, & we were impressed. We were asked a couple of times to double check everything as they went along and I like that, bc if I did see any thing it could be addressed while there was a paint can still open, rather than being asked if everything is okay as they were pulling out of the driveway. That's not how they work, because they care. They are quite and out of your way but if you need something they drop what they are doing and help, then go right back to work. Never, ever did I see one person stop to check their phone . They worked constantly except for a lunch break and they let us know they were going and came back faster than excepted. Theses are no slouches, these are workers, and great ones at that. It comes from good leadership. The end result is our walls, doors, trim and baseboards are in perfect and condition looking beautiful. I will always call this company and of course, highly recommend that you call too.
