Sitting on the side of the road with a flat, I called T's at 3:04pm (the tire shop closed at 5pm),…read moreprovided my exact address, requesting a tow less than a mile away. I was told I'd have to wait 25 min, at the most. At 3:53pm NOBODY had arrived & NOBODY had called to explain. So, I called and was told the driver "thought" I was at an intersection, (a location I never provided), and when I explained I had given an exact address, the man changed his story and said the driver had another towing "emergency," which was why he never showed up. Can anyone explain what's more emergent that being on the side of the road, in a broken down vehicle, across town? Nobody even BOTHERED to call and explain that he would be late, let alone that they were't gonna show up at all! What a horrible way to treat people. Luckily, there are other road side assistance services that have a shred of decency, and will happily step-in when bad businesses drop the ball. Collins Towing, in Huber Heights, stepped-up. Not only did he inflate my tire on the spot, but he followed me to the repair shop, where we arrived 10 minutes before 5, when they were scheduled to close. Thanks for nothing, T's. I made sure to tell the guys at the tire shop that plugged mine for me, that you stiffed me and left me on the side of the road.

(Not a word to us about this previously.) I called them, I was told to bring the title or registration (which is in the glove box) and prove we owned the car or they would not release it. They would not let me go to the car to get the registration. So, I found the title and headed to their office. They scanned the title and gave me a release number. Then asked me if I needed to go to the car to retrieve anything. It took 12 days for them to release my car to be towed to the repair shop. They said they wanted to be the ones to tow it, the insurance company said no. Not my choice to use this time, wouldn't be my choice to ever use.

Let preface this with, as I am unable to leave a review for the AAA Club Alliance in Wilmington…read moreDelaware, the local AAA in Dayton OH must bear this review, apologies. My mother passed away in OH, I flew there to take care of her affairs and after six months of back and forth with the probate courts of Montgomery County, OH (a separate review for similarly horrid service), I called to have the check they mailed to me reissued in my name. I had all the proper legal documents to have it done but...suddenly, they couldn't locate my mother's account w/her name, address and phone number. Because, I did not have her member number (which by all rights is LINKED to her name, address, & phone number as a redundancy, any & all admin workers know of) I am not able to receive the funds. Sometimes, I wonder why people get paid. I wonder how people remain employed when it is clear they are worth so much less than they believe they are, just worth less. It's not about the money, they can have it. It's the fact that (1) you think people are fool enough to believe it is only through a member number, members can be found; (2) if that is the case whomever you systems manger is needs to be fired; & (3) your willingness to help a child close out their mother's final affairs.
