My Tesla needed a little extra help, and Scott showed up incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and calm from the start. It was clear he truly understands Teslas which made the whole situation feel easy (for me) and stress-free. The car was being very electrically weird, and he worked around every situation to find a solution. (For context, the first tow service said they couldn't help and left.) He handled everything with care, and got our car safely to the shop without any hassle. Service like this is rare, and we are so grateful for someone who takes real pride in what they do. If you ever need towing support, especially with a Tesla or specialty vehicle, we highly recommend Kavanagh Towing. Thank you again, Scott! We appreciate you and Melissa!

I didn't even want to do one star. This guy is a con. I…read morewill not recommend nor have any of our trucks or trailers ever get serviced by this company again! I will let all my USA affiliates know about the way they operate and treat you like a criminal. Never in all my years have I dealt with this. I said right from the start, the starter wire (common on Volvo trucks) or battery cables loose. I told him I will put him on our perferred list, if he was fair, but obviously he didn't care. I asked several times for the part number and he played stupid. I had both the Delco Remy and OEM numbers to confirm what he was attempting to put on and we ended up putting the old one on again and it was the starter wire like I said. This guy turned and said $850. And I said no! We fought and he put it down to $650. but we should not have paid more than the agreed service call of $350. as he was just trying to pull a fast one. We had an important load to deliver and he screwed us up on that too. I would check his credentials as a mechanic, because they shouldn't be crooked. I have been in the trucking business for decades, have come across shady characters before but this guy tops all, my driver even said that he was just screwing us and wasting our time. Starter wire...6 hours????? This place is a joke!
