My wife was in an accident bad enough that the car was not drive able. (Not a word to us about this previously.) I called them, I was told to bring the title or registration (which is in the glove box) and prove we owned the car or they would not release it. They would not let me go to the car to get the registration. So, I found the title and headed to their office. They scanned the title and gave me a release number. Then asked me if I needed to go to the car to retrieve anything. It took 12 days for them to release my car to be towed to the repair shop. They said they wanted to be the ones to tow it, the insurance company said no. Not my choice to use this time, wouldn't be my choice to ever use.

One of the employees looked under the hood and realized that a belt was completely missing. A lot less expensive than an alternator. The tow was requested at 8:26pm and the tow truck was there by 9:06pm. This is the fastest service we have gotten any time we have used our Roadside Assitance.
