Whoever answers the phone there does not have correct info about giving quotes and said could not quote without license number. I had a temporary permit number that does not change when teen gets license. Found someone else for insurance and called to cancel. They did not try to retain me at all. Just said ok, you are cancelled - bye. Very disappointed in State Farm. Thought they were better than this but I guess not. So much for loyalty.
