With Deutz 75hp engine (has no regen), I was thinking it maybe too much for what I intended to do. But now, I'm realizing that this tractor was what I really needed. And now I can do more. I was helped by a lady and a guy who were well knowledges with their products. They explained things to me very well. Their care to what I need rather than what they can sell. BUT!!!! After careful inspection however, they determined that I had a clog, which turned out to be a crushed pipe! Before that however, Helena septic tried their best to unclog it by shooting hose the drain pipe from the tank side, and unfortunately they were unable to unclog it, because it was crushed! I didn't know it at the time, but they stayed over an hour trying to help me. I was very impressed with the two guys that came, and the amount of additional work they did besides simply pumping a septic tank. These guys did well and are very prompt with their coming out. I recommend Helena septic highly!

It was a huge unnecessary hassle, but I couldn't fight every battle. When it arrived at the destination, there was no order to uncrate it...so it wasn't. Instead, it was leaned against a closet door, effectively blocking access to the closet and making unpacking in that room more difficult. It's been there ever since. I don't blame the moving guys for not uncrating it without orders. I blame the absolute dipshit (Hunter) who placed an order for crating, but not uncrating it and the inability to get anyone on the phone (Kayla) to correct the issue on the day of the move in. Additionally, it took 18 days to receive my belongings, even though the move was less than 500 miles, primarily connected by Interstate. That is a long time not to have a couch or a proper bed or the normalcy that having one's belongings provides. It should have taken 3 days, 4 days tops. This was really bad service, compounded by the fact that I had to commit to the move before receiving a delivery date, so they know that customers would balk at their lackadaisical turnaround time. Overall, I would not use this service again. ETA (8/26/23): Two guys from the local moving company showed up at my door 4 days after the move in. Uninvited. No phone call/text or other contact. Just showed up. Hung around in the stairwell for a while. Then banged on my door. That's creeper behavior. Very unprofessional. I would never trust Mesa for another move.

The guys at this shop could book us in for a day and a half later. They were knowledgeable and kind, and even let us sleep in their yard one night after the new rad did not fix the problem. They did an excellent job of troubleshooting, and figured out in the end that the shop in Calgary had put the new thermostat in backwards. Instead of having to limp back home we were able to carry on and see more of Montana. We were lucky and grateful to have found them!

Stopped at Rocky Mountain Radiator Repair and Fabricating in hopes I could get this fixed before Spring. The owner (Ryan Weber) was busy, but stopped to check out what I wanted. "No problem" and he'd get it welded within a day or two. He gave me a reasonable quote. He called the next morning, everything was done and I should pick it up. The welded parts looked like brand new and were repainted too. Charged me less than the quote. Excellent workmanship, fast service, and just what Helena needed. Radiators are his specialty, but does general auto repair, fabrication, and welding.
