The optometrist was less than professional, I tried to ask questions, but was ignored. Still unsure of my prescription. Went for my follow up for my contact fitting and was rushed in and was told to hurry. So many mistakes were made in such a short time, too many to list. I even complained to the owner and was not taken seriously. From the time I made the appointment to getting the glasses/contacts it was a TERRIBLE experience. She has been knowledgeable about any eye problems I've needed to discuss with her. She also has an enjoyable and caring personality. The office is busy, but I never feel rushed and always feel like I'm in good hands. The staff are friendly and the waiting area is pleasant. If you need glasses, the assortment looks good. So far I've only needed contacts though, so I've not seriously browsed the options. I'm picky about who I go to for my eye care, but I definitely give Dr. McCall 5 stars, and would give more if possible.
