We had such awful service here in the past that we started travelling to Mayo, Rochester, for EVERYTHING. When this latest episode came on, we didn't have time. We started with Dr Corser in the ER and I can't say enough good things about this man. Not only did he do everything he could that evening in the ER, but he also called on his day off to follow up with us. We have also been to Audiology, ENT, two family health doctors, Labs, radiology, everyone has been really good.

After spending a considerable amount of money at their store, we decided to use another vendor for sourcing blinds since they had bid a lower price. This Sterling One manager was upset with us for not using them. It's a small town and we like to spread our business around. What caused the hanging up incident was that a bathroom counter that they installed was damaged on installation and they would only give us a store credit for another counter order. We decided to go with Cambria and Sterling One proceeded to upcharge us $600 more than the competition since we were a captive customer and to recoup their screw up. We balked and Alyssa Erickson hung up the phone on me.(BTW I have an email from Ms. Erickson with a half hearted apology as proof). I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
