I get the sanitization, but the baskets under the top two are not being cleaned and can you wipe them off please? Made it almost all of the way through the store and could not find something I needed, not a single employee had asked me if I needed help though they walked by, in front of and behind me doin what they were doing. Finally flagged someone down who was cruising by me, asked for something and she took me right to it and was very friendly. I checked out and left, underwhelmed but not overly discouraged. being so small I would have expected them to do more to ensure the customer experience was better due to the competition they have in town - I would not let that experience deter me from returning though....

They also carry multiple options within each department which allows you a variety of choices to help fit your needs. The staff are pretty exceptional for the most part, greeting you as you pass and offering assistance to ensure you find what you need. The pricing is also pretty completive on most items as well. Anyway, good find and a store that has been in regular rotation for me and mine prior to this whole COVID concern.

It was ambiguous but when one drives a number of miles and spends an hour to take advantage of a promotional item it is very disheartening to be refused based on a detail no customer could be expected to understand. After I made my case to Jeff the manager he agreed to honor the price as discounted by the promotion. Mike, the Mgr at Sherwin-Williams, worked his magic. On the third try I took a gamble on a whole gallon of paint. And he nailed it. In fact, now I like Mike's color better! And it's half the price. He steered me in the direction of an exuberant, almost-purple, exterior paint color, too. And today he guided me in choosing the best shade of "haint blue" for the front porch ceiling - to keep wasps from building nests (they think it's the sky) and to calm restless spirits. He suggested we go outside and look at the sky and view the color samples in natural light. Found the perfect one. Mike has a very keen sense of color. And he listens carefully. Thanks to Mike, I'm going to be very happy inside and outside my new house.
