Aweful experience! We had Loren come out for an estimate. He called back 2 times and came out to revise which it continued to go up. We paid $7000 for some black dirt and mulch as well as to hyrdroseed our yard. The day before they hyrdoseeded my husband requested that we do not do it as there was heavy rain in the forecast.. and Lorens comment to me was "there's always rain in the forecast". They proceeded to hyrdoseed. He told both Steve and I to leave our downspouts up as 1, they aren't really necessary as the rock that we have around the house would absorb the rain, and 2, it would cause the hydroseed to run off. As instructed, we left them up/ off. We got terrential downpour and our lower level flooded due to the downspouts being up/off. We called him on it and he denied ever saying that to either one of us. He told us separately. As you can imagine, most of the seed ran off. He took a look and said he would come back out and hydroseed for the "cost" of the seed only. When the crew came out they had a partial tank, 600 gallons only as that is what Loren instructed him to do. Now we got an additional bill for $1000! We asked about it as that is not what he told us and he denied again. We should have listened to what other friends had told us about the company. I would highly NOT recommend! read more
