I wish I could keep going to this dentist (Dr Moeller). The person who cleaned my teeth the first time was amazing. They said I needed a deep cleaning, which took two visits. When completed, I could tell my teeth had not been that clean since probably my college days. Unfortunately, they are not in network for my insurance, and dental work has gotten so expensive. So I've found an in-network provider. I would recommend this office just for the cleaning. I've had several dentists over the years and none, since college, have gotten my teeth this clean! read more

Both my husband and I were looking for a dentist after moving to the area. Right off the bat, Dr. Murray told both of us we needed deep cleaning, several crowns each (all crowns needing build ups which add on $300) We take good care of our teeth and have never been told we needed this $900+ procedure. We went a couple more times, again the dentist trying to sell us on unnecessary things. We then found a dentist in AZ where we winter whom never told us we needed the deep cleaning. I did need a crown and it was over $600 less. Then two years ago, I had a crown fall off during the summer so I go into have it glued back on by DR. Murray. He tells me there is decay and I need a whole new crown. I tell him to just glue it back on. Yesterday, two years later it falls off again. I go see a new dentist in Walker and he asks me if it has fallen off before, I tell him yes, two years ago. He tells me there is NO decay and most likely it fell off again because there is not enough tooth structure. He says, let's just glue it back on and if it continues to fall off (like within a year) we can address other options then. Hmmm, Dr. Murray, where did the decay go that you found two years ago??? They are out to nickel and dime their patients. Beware. read more

I went to Dr Murrey. To be seen , you have to sign an agreement in which you agree to pay a minimun of $115. I had a crown pulled off by eating sticky caramel. Took it in and asked to have it cemented back on. He told me the entire remaining tooth was decayed and only solution was for tooth to be pulled. I told him I had no pain from tooth and did not want it pulled. He then went into an arrogant, self rightess act telling me that he took an oath and cementing the crown would violate his oath. Said if he cemented it, it would come off before I got out the door and I would swallow it. I paid the required $115 for nothing and left. Went elsewhere. They found no decay, cemented the crown and a month has passed and it is doing fine. I am retired 81 year old MD and have had over 30 fillings and replaced fillings. Never experienced this kind of attitude before. read more
