    Chicken panini

Delicious homemade chicken and rice soup loaded with vegetables and served piping hot. The chicken panini's are fresh grilled chicken breast and high quality ingredients. Servers are friendly with quick service. The restaurant is immaculately clean. Nice find!

I'm writing this review while sitting in this place. Barista, no mask. Woman who made my breakfast sandwich, no mask. Latte, no steamed anything it's an Americano with some half and half. I showed it to maskless barista, she was like "yeah." No attempt to fix. She corrected me that it's right. 30 years drinking breve lattes, and I used to be a barista and had formal training, but she's schooling me with a "yeah." English muffin of my egg sandwich is soggy, not toasted. No one is cleaning tables between guests. I asked the woman who made my sandwich "aren't you supposed to be wearing masks?" Her response, "yeah but oh well. If you want to turn me in you can." Eat here at your own risk. :(

Local coffee shop was a great stop during our walk down memory lane. They make a tasty chai latte and have great stories from the locals. Definitely worth the visit!! Great service and a great way to start your morning

Really enjoyed their coffee will I was in the area. Their lavender vanilla latte was excellent. Also had a bacon breakfast sandwich which was also good. Service is a little slow but worth the wait!

Walker Bay Coffee is a great little coffee shop on the main stretch in downtown Walker. The store is very open and has a lot of seating. I love to stop here when I am in town! They have a huge menu here, it can be overwhelming. I mean there are so many drinks to chose from, and lots on the food menu too! On this visit, I got the Milky Way and it was delicious. My boyfriend got the double dark mocha and raves about it all day! My brother got a simple latte and liked it as well. We got breakfast while we were here too. I got a bacon egg cheese bagel sandwich and my boyfriend got a ham egg cheese English muffin sandwich. Both were very good! Overall this is a cute coffee shop in downtown Walker. It has great drinks and food. I will be coming back next time I am in town!

The shop is located near the lake, right next to Enjoy candy shop. You can actually walk right into the candy store from the coffee shop. If you have kids, your kids can shop for a sweet treat while you sip your coffee next door. They have a small seating area where you can relax while enjoying your coffee or you can shop around while enjoying your coffee. They have really unique items here. I bought my mother in law their beautiful leather loon coasters (I unfortunately didn't get a picture before giving them to her) She loved them! They have a really cute loon stuffed animal, I almost bought it for my son because it's so adorable, he's at that age wear he really loves stuffed animals, maybe next time! It's a great shop for gifts and souvenirs. My family likes to collect stickers from places we visit, so we picked out their leech lake and walker, Minnesota sticker. Looking forward to our next visit, see you next summer!

The shop is so darn cute and the employees are incredibly nice. They have a great menu with regular, iced, and frozen coffees, as well as delicious fruit smoothies. As if that's not enough, there is a candy shop accessible through an interior door. I highly recommend the Java Loon for those visiting town and, definitely for cyclists riding through. It's a great place to cool down on your way to Bemidji or Hackensack.

I loved my Hot Bourbon drink with a nice hit of cayenne butter and a few other tasty additions the Gin and Tonic was amazing as usual. I had the Carnitas Pizza (crisp crust, well prepares Carnitas and fresh greens) and Wild Rice Mushroom Soup. (Deep flavors with nicely done Wild Rice.). We started with the bacon wrapped dates (perfectly sticky) and the White Bean dip (tasty and crisp veggies includes watermelon remediates, yum ). This remains my favorite spot in the area, worth the drive for sure.

While we waited for a table to open up we ordered some drinks at the bar. We tried their espresso martini, watermelon crush, paloma and their cabana banana old fashioned, all were beautiful and delicious. The watermelon crush had a nice spice, this was my favorite cocktail. My husband and I shared the wild rice mushroom pizza, not a crumb left! It was fantastic. The kids had a cheese pizza, not a crumb left again, they raved about their fire oven pizza. My brother in law had their classic turkey salad, he said it was the best salad he's ever had. Everything looked and tasted so fresh. Even their ranch was amazing, I asked for a side of it for my pizza. Yes, I love ranch with my pizza :) We will definitely be coming back next summer, I will be looking forward to this!
