We lost ALL OF THEM. To make matters worse, they held our medical records and MRI images hostage for three weeks, making it impossible to get a new provider. And he NEVER would write a referral for a new provider. This has been the worst experience of our lives, and for anyone with chronic debilitating pain, you know what I mean.
