I was a bit nervous because I've heard horror stories about curly girls getting bad results from salons, but I walked out with gorgeous, heathy hair. Candice expertly dyed it all back my natural color, and took her time to make sure the dye was applied to every strand (which, considering the amount of hair I have, is definitely remarkable). I expected to pay double what I actually paid, and got to chat with the amazing Candice the entire time! In case you don't know a lot about hair color, curly hair is hard to dye. It's also very hard to color over bleach/other colors. But Candice pulled it off perfectly!!! The shop itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. This will definitely be my go-to salon for decades to come.

If you answered YES!!! GOD, YES!!, FINALLY, PLEASE!!! like so many of us have here in the PNW, you have found your Wax Goddess. Cassandra is the BEST at what she does. I teach tantra, unity, better relationships, amazing sex and I'm deeply invested in my Goddessness. I have been waxed from L.A. to Florida and I would fly in to Portland, Oregon to be waxed by this woman. She immediately puts you at ease. She's someone you want to be friends with forever even though (or especially because? ) she has expertly been the one to landscape your beautiful physical self into a show stopper using the best wax, tweezer skills and tableside manner. BTW, she's just a super awesome person. I LOOK FORWARD to seeing her. That says something when we're talking waxing. She doesn't charge enough for what she does. Please also tell her that.
