My mother lost all her upper teeth 25 years ago. With Dr Chacon's help, she can smile confidently at age 60 today. My mother is naturally an anxious person. Even with her predisposed fear, the entire process was highly professional and smooth. From start to finish, Dr Chacon gave my mother the assurance she needs to make a decision that was right for her. We were so impressed with how proficient and caring the entire team is on surgery day. The care she has received is beyond what we both expected. Shout out to the operating assistants- Ilene, Jessica, Dakota- who kept her comfortable and well informed. This might be just a regular day at their office, but it certainly been an experience that has given back what my mother has lost these past years. Thank you Dr Chacon and team for the great work!

My experience is the polar opposite of that other review, especially from a financial standpoint,…read moreand thanks in major part to Nalani the treatment coordinator (more on her efforts @ the end). It sounds more like Arielle doesn't understand the details of her insurance plan as well as she thinks she does, which to her defense isn't uncommon. We had 4 wisdom teeth extracted here (under sedation) and they collected our co-pay at the time of service (as is customary for surgery) and it went perfectly from a financial standpoint. As far as the surgery itself, it went well, and there was minimal discomfort during the healing phase, no dry sockets or anything. The main reason for this review is Nalani verifying our benefits before an expensive procedure we scheduled after the wisdom teeth extraction. She caught something that we did not know about, called us before the procedure and actually ended up saving us a lot of money by alerting us to this provision on our insurance. Nothing shady going on here, just stand up people working hard.

I simply do not trust this establishment to sedate me and do ANYTHING. I took off time from work. Took my Sons time off from work. Only to walk out. The surgeon is a smart ass and is rude and unprofessional. His first remark to me was what is that on your head? I came for a tooth extraction. Not cosmetic surgery. If your desk people are so bad that they can't figure out how to bill their patients, do you really think I am going to let you cut into me? I will go to another oral surgeon that can 1. Not be rude to me. 2. Know how to bill the very companies you advised me to use. I will take that new credit card and security number somewhere else thank you. How lame can you be? Your staff act like they started yesterday. 3. when my Dentist took expensive imaging just for you, don't tell me you couldn't get it and just take another set to bill. It is wasteful for one. It also an abuse of the insurance system to bill for unnessessary procedures. Communicate with the offices giving you referrals. Trust me. My dentist is going to get an ear full for sending me to you. 4. If harassing your Patients who are insured and capable of providing the cash to pay in advance because I have dollar signs on my forehead is your game Im not playing. 5. I have never felt motivated to leave a review for a bad experience at an office before. So congrats! You were really THAT bad. I would give you a lower rating if it was possible.
