The salon has a wonderful vibe and esthetic for young women to discover their style and explore different hairstyles. The people who work there are friendly and welcoming. Every time my daughter has an appointment she leaves feeling so good about herself, and is so happy - this is a such a gift! The appointment scheduling is easy, and they do text appointment reminders and confirmations, and it is easy to reschedule if needed. The prices are the average of what one would pay anywhere for hair services...they definitely are not more expensive than other places. People don't really look carefully, so be on the lookout for reverse lights. The good news about the small lot, is that carriage racks aren't far from wherever you might be and i have NEVER seen a stray cart sitting out in the middle of the lot. The store seems smaller than most I have been in and is very crowded during peak hours, end of day between 5-6pm. I have found the quality of the produce to be great and sourced locally. They were selling Ricker Hill Farms Apples today. Great quality. The bakery and cheese section is where I spend a lot of time while waiting for the deli number to be called. One word LOCAL! Pigs Fly Bread, BIG SKY BREAD!!!! Debbie's Pies, Wicked Whoopie Pies and PINELAND FARMs cheeses!! I could go on and on, but you just need to come and see for yourself. The rest of the aisles and products are typical, until you get to the other side of the store, where there is an Agency Liquor store inside! The only complaint I have is that their customer service desk, isn't really a customer service desk...it's a register and if there isn't enough staff and or they are busy, they close it and only run it as a checkout. I have been a patient at Intermed for nearly three years and truly love Dr. Coleman, which makes…read morethis review difficult to write. She is an exceptional physician and none of what follows reflects on her. The issue is entirely structural. Over the past year, Intermed has implemented scheduling requirements that make it nearly impossible to access routine care. Getting an appointment requires multiple calls, repeating your full medical history to different staff members each time just to be "approved," and even then telehealth is rarely an option regardless of how recently you were seen. Callbacks are inconsistent at best. As someone managing chronic health conditions, this is not workable. I understand physicians are given tight 15-minute windows and that this is out of physicians' control. But simple visits like medication management or a brief touchbase to relay specialist updates should not require weeks of effort just to get on the schedule. The friction rivals that of a specialist office, which is not what you expect from a primary care practice. Intermed is likely a fine fit for patients who need one annual physical and nothing more. For anyone requiring more frequent or complex primary care, I'd encourage you to weigh that carefully. It's a shame, because the quality of the physicians themselves doesn't match the experience the system creates around them. I will be transferring my care after months of trying to navigate their new system.
