I answered that I was just there to try the scent for the first time, I just got an "oh." When I asked if they offered waxing, she said I could be accommodated and casually told something to an employee, but then she didn't come back or communicate to me where I should go to wait or to receive the service. She then went over to another employee where I could hear them having a personal conversation. I decided to leave and try another place. The discomfort I felt was too much, and the vibe was off.

The young lady that helped me, Kyndra, was a professional, knowledgeable, and just a delight! I give my experience 5 stars, for sure. The chain as a whole gets a lower ranking, however, thus the final Yelp! ranking above. Sally's is a nice beauty supply store for seasoned professionals or novices needing over-the-counter assistance. Their in-store customer service is impeccable due to the product knowledge of their staff. I give 3 stars for two specific reasons. #1 The inventory is limited by the small footprint of the store and is not displayed well. There is a three-aisle design for product shelves, with a front cash register area right as you enter. It is VERY compact and is almost the same as any Sally's Beauty Supply that I have ever been in. The layout limits the amount of product they can sell and how it looks (read messy/cluttered). #2 Lack of products for ethnic beauties. Perhaps this is due in part to the lack of space, but Sally's storefront has a very limited amount of offerings of beauty brands that cater to ethnic consumers with thicker, curlier, coarser, or less oily hair. In 2022 this is unacceptable. They also lack a variety of clearly marked plant-based and cruelty-free products. So although they have done well with training their staff and surviving in the industry over many years, I believe that Sally Beauty Supply needs to "get with the program" and improve in a few areas in order to become a 5 star establishment.

There was plenty of parking I didn't wait long in either the pharmacy or front-end lines. I am making this my primary pharmacy to fill all of my family's prescriptions. Highly recommend.

The lady I spoke to on the phone assured me they did and simply had great customer service over the phone. Her positive and upbeat attitude really drew me in. Once I'd stepped foot inside I was immediately greeted and when I made my way to the section of products I was interested in a sales associate by the name of Emily told me many key points about the line, made suggestions on several products from the line as well as another line I had never heard of. She treated me as though I was the only customer in the store and other various associates would pass by and agree with her recommendations. I really felt important and that I was well on my way with the correct products. Emily also reminded me that Sephora does complimentary mini facials if I was ever interested in trying a full skincare line. Thrilled with my visit today! They have a great selection of hair care products and color lines. There isn't much along the lines of skin care but I think Cosmoprof is geared more towards cosmetologists looking for hair color and products. They do have a small selection of nail tech things though. I wish they carried the Pravana color line, Sexy Hair products, and Pureology products. Be on the look out for great sales, they send out a monthly flier as well. The employees are kind of cold unfortunately. They always seem to follow me around when I first arrive. Which is disheartening because I feel like they think I'm going to steal. I know that retail employees have to be on the look out for theft but when I end up spending at least $100 per visit, it's annoying to feel like they have to tail me because I don't see them doing it to other people when I'm in there. It's never particularly crowded and parking is good. They are open 7 days a week which is nice. The store it self is really good but I wish the employees were a bit more friendly.
