They closed the store early and wouldn't let in customers during store hours. A girl waiting outside with us said she'd been there for 15 minutes waiting to get her PREPAID ITEM, since 9:40, while the door was locked and there was at least one customer inside. The staff ignored us until 9:55, at which point they said "sorry, we closed at 10." When we pointed out it was not yet 10, the staff said they have "problems closing the store at night" and refused to even retrieve the prepaid item for the girl waiting with us. If you'd like to close the store 20 to 30 minutes early, I would recommend changing your listed hours. read more

Ordered Holiday cards from the photo department. Picked up my order and began addressing them when I realized two things: 1. I was not given the amount of cards that I paid for & 2. A handful of the cards were smudged/ ruined. I called the store that same night of pick up and they approved a reprint of 10 cards. Went the next day to pick the reprints up and the woman behind the counter was helping another patron, which was fine! But I found it interesting that she completely ignored me for 10 minutes. When it was my turn to approach the counter she had an attitude before I even said hello. When I told her I was there to pick up an order she began getting nasty with me, telling me that she was the one that originally printed my order and that she did not miss or mess anything up. That she wasn't going to reprint my order until she fulfilled the others she had...even though my reprint was ALREADY printed and to the side. She angrily handed me the 10 cards when I explained that the print was already completed the night before. This isn't the first time I have had to deal with ignorant BS with this location when I have been nothing but calm and nice; but this interaction has officially made me lose hope in this store. The worst pharmacy known to man kind. They don't answer the phone, they bill your insurance without even filling your prescription, the line is always five miles long. The only good thing about the pharmacy is that it's open on weekends and late on the weekdays. Not like that even matters because they just ignore your prescriptions anyway. read more

This location has gone downhill since the pandemic. I was a loyal customer for years but staffing issues and low stock forced me to just go elsewhere. The shelves are always empty and I find the store is never clean: the rugs always need a vacuum and the trash overflows majorly. The staff are just young kids, who would probably prefer to not be there based on the service I receive. If you need anything you'll take a gamble stopping in bc they may not have any. I went here for cat food, luckily it was in stock but sometimes I'll be honest, I don't want to take the chance. read more

Horrible .... you could die waiting for them to give you your prescription True STORY, hospital doctors called to make sure they had insulin before discharging a patient they said yes at 12pm after arriving at 4pm and having me wait for 1 hour at 5pm they said "oh we don't have it actually" and told customer go somewhere else with 1hr left until pharmacies close. They even attempted to sale me one Pen out of the box but charge me for the whole box until they had the rest is that even legal? ? And this happens often btw read more

This store is in a dismal state. With rampant shoplifting, only two employees managing the entire store while trucks are unloading, it's truly pitiful. I feel sorry for the staff. If you're in Walgreens management, you should be embarrassed! read more

This location has the highest number of rude employees. They will scream and yell when you show displeasure with the levels of service they provide. Just yesterday, I encountered two young women whose only agenda was to yell and not find a reasonable solution. They REFUSED. They were attending the pick up station where I was supposed to have a pick up. Their app said my item was in stock and charged me. They couldn't understand why I was angry. One of the managers, Denise, has a bad attitude toward giving good customer service. She has been disrespectful toward me twice. Shameful. I can see why she is rude because upper management are just as rude. I've dealt with District Manager Arij Simmons, Director of Retail Operations Chris Elliott and Regional VP Paul Blankenship, and they're all just like store manager Denise. Customers are not a priority to these people! Call upper management with a complaint, and they'll side with their apathetic store managers EVERY TIME! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD AT WALGREEN'S. This particular Walgreens location has been a true gem for me. I literally pass 2 Walgreens to come here. There pharmacy is pretty decent especially if Christine is working, she is the pharmacy manager and I can't think of more of a sweetheart! Everyone else has always seemed very helpful and kind. One big plus for this location is that they are the only Walgreens on this part of the city with a drive-thru pharmacy. Anyone with children or just knowing how it feels to walk in and wait somewhere when you don't feel good really appreciates this! Besides that great fact, the store is always very clean, well organized and stocked. This was a very large Walgreens, that's the only nice thing I have to say! Store smelled like vomit and very slow service.

There are two Walgreens in the Trolley Square area. Since this location is a larger store than the other one, you will find a wider variety of products available here. The pharmacy staff are very helpful as well. I ordered a refill on a prescription (via the Walgreens App on my phone). When I went to pick it up the pharmacy technician told me that the name brand of my prescription was no longer covered by my insurance (it was now $300!). I asked if the generic would be covered. they said yes, but my doctor's prescription specifically called for the name brand. Instead of making me call the doctor to have her call them, they offered to call and ask my doctor to change my prescription. I was thrilled that they took care of it for me. My doctor agreed and my generic prescription cost was now $30 (the cost of my co-pay). read more

Terrible customer service with the pharmacy. They never answer the drive-thru so you waste you time waiting when you only have to go in the store. Prescriptions are never done even though you receive a phone call or text saying they are. I will never go back. I've switched to CVS and I have no complaints. read more
