Yesterday I was followed around the store as soon as I entered, not a single employee "serviced" me. The security guard just followed and kept pacing behind me. Finally a manager or someone spoke to them. I do not appreciate being profiled based on what look like and what I'm wearing. I work in retail and this is completely inappropriate. But as an Ulta member and as I have an Ulta credit card I also find myself questioning why I even shop at Ulta. Every time it is an unwelcoming environment while I'm just trying to run my errands.

Right on Broad Avenue, those who love the BTS/Kakao Friends love this place. You cannot leave the place without buying something !!!! They have everything from key chains, pillows, cell phone covers to umbrellas with each & every characters of Kakao Friends. On one shelf, there is of course the BTS-incorporated merchandise.
