Elena at the Dior counter and Lori at the Lancôme counter were both extremely attentive and helpful. They took the time to help me select a Dior foundation and lipstick, especially when it came to finding the right shades. They spent a great deal of time carefully helping me find colors that suited me and never seemed impatient. Patty or Patricia (if you book online) is amazing! I have a loooot of hair and it is very long. Normally, it takes 5-6 hours for a partial highlight, cut and blowout. Patty had me all done in 2.5 hours and it looks spectacular. She's a rockstar with a beautiful 'New Yawker' accent. She was fun and her energy is contagious. I recently moved to the area and as a woman we pride ourselves on our hair and beauty. Finding a new stylist is overwhelming and a little scary. Rhonda is a perfectionist , she spent about 45 minutes to an hour just measuring out the frame on my face, then had me make several expressions to make sure they looked even. She was extra careful about contamination and explained how she was using sterile, unused equipment on me that no one else uses. She explained everything in great detail and was extremely professional. She applied a numbing cream as well and I did not feel one thing throughout the entire process. They are flexible with my weird schedule and allow me to be move my appointments around, which I am grateful for. I have come in there with a range of moderate discomfort to just needing a regular adjustment and each time they are able to help relieve the pressure off those areas. Each of the three Chiropractors are nice. Dr. Nubani has been so helpful in my chiro journey. Dr Clow and his staff refused to work on me until they were able to fully access my bloodwork and xrays to understand the underlying issues that I have had in the past.
